Best Keurig Yet!
Weâve had the Classic and Elite Keurig. This one is the best weâve had so far in my opinion. Hereâs some thoughts that may help if youâre trying to decide between Keurig models that I wondered about because it can be overwhelming trying to read each models options.I honestly donât think we need the WiFi option on it, but if your a person that likes to start your coffee from your phone or tablet while youâre siting on the couch or in bed then this would be a neat option for you. You can do different settings in the App as well. If that doesnât matter to you then Iâd think about choosing the K supreme plus (without the âsmartâ option) that has all the same options ( I believe) without the WiFi and costs less.The options on this model are more than weâve had on previous Keurigs:1. You can save personal favorite settings and just press that one button each time instead of choosing the strength and temp each time. I believe thereâs 3 favorite settings you can save for 3 people or 3 options .2. More options for the temperature (see the video)I put the thermometer under it while it was running at the hottest setting. ( see pictures) The hottest it got up to was 182 while dripping, the cup of coffee right when it stopped filling up was about 173 degrees . For us thatâs pretty hot and does get hotter than the Eilite we had previously.3. More options for the strength (see the video)4. 5 prongs vs 1 puncture the pod to get more flavor out of your coffee which I did notice.5. WiFi settings if thatâs something youâd like to have are pretty neat. You donât have to be connected to WIFi though to use the Keurig itâs just an extra option.6. A lot Quieter than the other Keurigs weâve used .7. It tells you if a used pod is in the machine so you remember to take it out and not reuse it.8. It takes a picture of the coffee pod you put in and sets the machines settings to where it feels youâd get the best cup of coffee from that brand or type of pod you put in and you just hit start. ( Or you can bypass it and choose what you want)9. The handle on the water side is awesome, much easier to take off and on to fill up. It hold just a little more water than the elite but looks smaller.10. It is a slimmer shape and doesnât take up a ton of room. Itâs kind of an L shape , you canât move the water to the back like on another Keurig model but the way it sits is great for us & still takes up less room than previous models.11. This may seem little but it has a spring to the top which makes it nicer and easier to open than previous keurigs.The time it takes to fill your cup is a little longer the stronger you go but thatâs a good thing in my opinion it just means itâs letting the water soak into your pod to get more flavor from your coffee.People mentioned it splatters out of their cup when itâs filling their cup up so I was worried about that. I did notice a few little splashes with some dots of coffee on the counter which isnât fabulous but itâs really not much at all to wipe it down each time. Itâs really very very little.This Keurig model we feel is the best one weâve gotten due to the extra options , doesnât take up as much counter space and looks very pretty in my opinionâ¦itâs not plasticky looking like the previous ones , the top part is a pretty shiny black metal and feels heavy.We bought this on sale when Amazon was having their prime day deals and very happy we did. I still think itâs worth the normal price even not being on sale.

My Keurig was replaced with no problem!
I bought this coffee maker Jan 7th. By March it quit working. No power. I was crushed because I really liked it very much. I just happened to be looking at an email from Keurig and figured I would call the customer service number and just see what would happen. I was pleasantly surprised! I told them the problem, they went through trouble shooting with me and told me a new maker would be sent to me. They made the whole process so easy and I had no hassles even though I had bought the machine from Amazon. I followed the instructions in the email they sent me and in less than a week I had a new coffee maker!Thank you Keurig for making it so simple to solve my problem! Iâm very pleased to have my coffee maker back!

Water Sensor Issue
Iâm so disappointed with this machine. Iâve had it for about 6 weeks. It worked amazing at first – totally easy to use and delicious coffee. I loved being able to customize each brew. Plus, the materials are gorgeous and it looks great in my kitchen.After about 2 weeks I began to have issues anytime I refilled the water tank. The machine will display an âadd waterâ error even when the tank is full. The worst part is that this error is inconsistent, and there is no way around it to force a brew so Iâm stuck without coffee until it decides to work again.I have wasted so many k-cups with this issue which is infuriating because those arenât exactly cheap. Once you try to use one and it punctures the lid, this machine will identify it as a used pod even when you get the bogus add water error. You can still try to brew coffee with the water only function but it tastes like crap.Back to the inconsistency – this machine will brew a 12 oz cup fine, then immediately show the add water error even with a half tank left. Sometimes it will start brewing, brew a little bit, then cancel the brew for no water even with a full tank.I have tried cleaning the tank, readjusting it, descaling, and cleaning the base of the water reservoir. Nothing has worked to fix this issue.As a note: I always use this machine with store bought purified water and do not use the optional filter or attachment that it comes with.I wanted to love this machine but unfortunately this issue ruins the experience for me. I would not recommend this product and am very unhappy with this purchase, especially for an item at this price point.

I have to admit that I am a Nespresso girl but wanted a single serve machine for my trailer and decided to try out this machine. I like my coffee fresh and hot and this seems to suit my needs. I also like the fact that I am able to buy coffee just about anywhere.I did buy this from Amazon as it was 100.00+ More on the Keurig website.

I’ve been using Keurig machines since they were introduced – never a problem – until now. This is my 4th Keurig since February, 2025. The first three Elite models died after a few weeks (started brewing then shut down- I won’t bore you with the details). Call me crazy, but I thought a different model might make the difference. I was wrong. This one (maybe 3 weeks old) started by failing to dispense Maxwell House “soft pods” properly. Brewing process resulted in nothing but hot water and a lot of wasted pods. We stopped using the soft pods. Then I started getting “Add Water” alerts when the tank was full (we only use bottled water). By wiggling the intake spout at the base of the machine, we were able to get around the error. This is ongoing. Now, every time we pop in (any brand) pod we get an error identifying it as a used pod. Brewing abruptly quits. We have to lift the lid and start again to get a complete brew. In addition, the “Brew ID” often fails to identify the brands it previously recognized. So, after spending roughly $1000 in Keurig machines since February, we are the proud owners of yet another unreliable poorly manufactured piece of Keurig rubbish. I certainly won’t be replacing it with anything remotely related to Keurig.

Absolute garbage.Smart unit was a huge mistake.7-10 pods wasted each morning. Failed coffee’s at higher temp settings. Machine is messy, spits all over. Coffee grinds in every coffee mug. Using official Keurig pods.Total garbage from Keruig.
