I was able to create a Veracrypt partition and encryption of 1 TB in less than 12 minutes. This SSD is truly a beast. Most other SSD usually take 1-2 hours minimum. I have bought enormous amount of SSDs from Apricorn to Sandisk to Glyph and G-Drive to kingston and Crucial and many others (samsung). Only very few have impressed me. The top best are Crucial, Sandisk, Samsung, Corsair, and now Kootion.

Lasted less than one year.
Failed within 10 months. Started t become very slow, then got hot, than stopped working. SSDs should last a lot more.I do not recommend this SSD, unless you’re eager to loose all your precious files.

Good Portable SSD.
I got this item last month, and at first I did not think that it would be that good but I was wrong. This is a very good SSD. I been using each day and I have to say that It has not let be down. The SSD is very fast and the play back is fast and clear.The price was not bad.Hope this help?

Disconnects randomly
Iâm frustrated with this because it disconnects from the computer randomly.
