Nice computer great price!
This is a beautiful product. It came fast and was super easy to set up. The battery has a really long life and this will be the perfect computer as I start my masters program. Not good product
The speaker was not working and sound driver was defective. I was not happy with your product, when you have a new product and was not working is not what I want. I did as I can to solve the problem by re-install windows and drivers and update but nothing worked. also, the product has no ethernet connection which was not mentioned on the website, I can’t use it at work because my job allowed only wired internet connection for safety reason . I think the product should be tested before sending out to customers to ensure quality. Amazon give very hard time to return the product, they give 3 locations only to return, 2 locations in another state and the nearest one in a town 20 miles away. It coast me $27.00 tolls and gas and over 2 1/2 hour driving. They refused to allow me to returned to a location a few blocks away from my house. It was very bad experience with the product and Amazon.

Wi-Fi not staying connected
First review was one star: I bought the laptop for my son’s birthday. It had good reviews and I gave it a shot. I received a brand new laptop in the box and got it all set up, I got all the updates completed. I scheduled the auto updates. And it should have been good to go from that point on. I gave it to my son who’s 11. He would play on it for about 5 to 10 minutes and then come to me crying because it’s not working. It’s not connecting to the internet and it’s not showing any networks available. I looked up different things that it could be and there were suggestions on how to fix this such as making sure the drivers are updated which I did, turning off your firewall which I did, and a bunch of other things I’ve tried as well. I would restart the computer and it would bring the Wi-Fi available, connect to the Wi-Fi, stay connected for about 5 to 10 minutes and then it would say that there’s no Wi-Fi available. And I know it’s not my Wi-Fi because everything else is connected to it with no issues. I reached out to Amazon and got a replacement laptop of the same laptop. And the replacement laptop has the same issue. I have requested a refund and I’m sending both laptops back as this is not an issue I should have to be dealing with.Updated to 3 stars because of the support side of the company. From me reporting the issue and leaving a review the support team from this company reached out to try and help. I had the original laptop and the replacement laptop having the same issue of not staying connected to the wifi. They sent me a video to try and help. Offered to hold onto the laptops a little longer to see if they could assist. I had a deadline to send them back by amazon though. We were not able to resolve the issue sadly with the video they sent me to update the driver. But I upped the review because they did reach out and try to help. They were nice about everything and I appreciate that. I’m sad we didn’t get it working but thankful they tried to assist!
