Decent Product
This is a decent machine for the price. It worked great out of the box. You won’t be playing any triple A games on this unit, but it’s perfect for office use, and good for light video editing. I ran it as is for two weeks, then wiped it, and installed Ubuntu 24.04.01 LTS on it, which runs even better than Windows 11 on this laptop. Seriously, smoothest Linux install I have ever done. Everything worked perfect from the start with no fuss. 9.5 out of 10, absolutely recommend and will buy again.EDIT(2025.07.09):i have installed Ubuntu on three of these laptops now, and have had no issues. Been using my personal one for about six months now, and its still working great.

Excellent computer at an affordable price with great customer service if needed!
I got this for my 12 y/o son and it arrived package nicely and quicker than expected. It worked right out of the box; however, I plugged in the charger and it was tight in the port but something felt off a bit. When I went to unplug it after charging; the silver part was bent and then I tried to plug it back in and it broke off. I contacted the company immediately and they quickly sent me a replacement laptop and charger and I sent the old one back.Have had zero issues with the computer except at one point the mouse pad wasn’t moving the mouse but I could use the arrow keys and this has resolved an no other issues. It works for checking email and his schoolwork and using google. It is a simple and cost effective PC but holds up like you spent a mint. I am very pleased with the computer and the customer service. The battery last pretty long off the charger and the child is happy; it gets the job done!

Great laptop for great price
This computer was a great price, and has everything I needed. More ports than most laptops, which is great. Easy setup. Was able to start working on it in less 30 minutes after taking it out of the box. Also, customer service was great, very good communication.

Pretty trash for $200
As soon as I turned it on I couldn’t even put my name in cause some of the keys wouldn’t work. Had to turn on the on screen keyboard to sign into the wifi. Google was weird too, it looked like Google, but off in a way, like the Google icon wasn’t anywhere. Idk pretty sketch, but it’s mainly the keys not working for me. Plan on returning it

Great laptop for the money!
I am pleasantly surprised with this laptop. It is fast and easy to use. The functions are smooth and easy to understand. I love the feel of the keyboard. The size is great and easy to transport. I would buy it again!
