Great quality for the cost
We chose thislaptop for home and personal use, but it is powerful enough to impress a gamer. It has a large and superior SSD, very fast mirco prosser with high storage and way more RAM than the average user needs. I couldn’t find a better computer for the dollar and Lenovo is well known and respected for quality.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY
Purchased on 2/25/2025, used maybe 3 or 4 times since then up until 4/31/2025. Today (5/6/2025) it wonât turn on at all!!!! Laptop will not take a charge, I even tried a separate new charger made to be compatible. Super frustrating as it was purchased for my new job, TODAY was my first day AND IT WONT WORK AT ALL!!!! I wish I wouldâve been properly warned. Additionally, I do not recommend purchasing the asurion product warranty, it is not worth the money or the hassle. I spent an assured amount of time trying to file a claim only to be told the product itself comes with a 12 month warranty. This means that I have to go through Lenovo itself to file a claim; a process that has been nothing short of difficult, time consuming, and dissatisfying (I have to send the laptop in and wait 7-10 business days for a response as to whether or not it is repairable). The point being: the product purchased was not what was promised and faulty at best and instead of working with me to find a resolution, I was told there is nothing that the seller can do at all. Iâd give 0 stars if I could, the only thing positive about the item is that it looks very nice – touch screen was a nice addition unfortunately none of that matters at this point!! Just donât buy it!!!!I will be providing continued updates as I navigate this process in order to help any other unfortunate individual like myself.
