I was so scared by other reviews but glad we made the purchase
Great so far! I was SO nervous after reading the reviews. My husband told me it would be okay.Sure, when we turned it on we had the blue screen that said updates were needed, we let it do its thing and it was clear sailing after that.The battery at full charge said 5 hours, which isnt a ton but for our college student it will be good enough for class. Its easy to use and the quality is great. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

Be patient, worth it
Great laptop, used the micro SD card for my tablet, i system had to update 3 times before i finally got to get things set up, but now that its set up it is seamless, its great. Wish i had ordered a touch screen, but its not a deal breaker.

Bad processor
On paper this laptop sounds really good. BUT BE WARNED. I spent the better part of 4 days trying to get this thing to work, but the issue was the processor. While it says it works up to 2.8GHZ, the base processor for my laptop was 1.1GHZ, which is quite literally too slow to run anything. With no apps open, the CPU was constantly at 100% and battling to keep itself running. Because I am unable to send the laptop back I decided to fix the processor on my own time, and asked the seller to give me a partial refund, to which they basically ignored. Would give 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy this laptop.

Delivery was terrible. The box was covered in heavy dust. Scraps also.
Almost five stars. Perfect condition but sure had to do a lot of updating. Wow. It doesn’t really seem to be as fast as it should be but it works for what I need to do. I’d purchase it again.

FAIR QUALITY AND FAIR SPEED
It might have impressive memory and storage but the processor is a little slow and so is the startup. The touchpad mouse pointer constantly hangs up and dissappears. Changing the mouse settings does no good. A real mouse will be needed. You are constantly bombarded with offers for security upgrades and other such programs. I had to uninstall anti-virus software to stop the bombarding of upgrades. Lots of bloatware. I am disappointed.
