Avoid this series of laptops
This series laptop has a know software issue. The space bar, enter key, and backspace key only work intermittently. There appears to be no simple solution, it’s a major inconvenience.

Alright for the price
The laptop has great specs for the price, however the built in privacy screen absolutely destroys the viewing angles of the screen even when itâs turned off, making the IPS display pointless. Also came with an HP branded charger with a barrel jack to USB-C adapter which is an odd choice, wouldâve much preferred a brand new charger for the extra 10 bucks it costs.

Great deal
This was a great deal. The laptop was well wrapped but I would make one suggestions: Make sure the screen is clean next time – there was still some muck/dirt that I had to clean off. Also some gunk in the mouse trackpad – I know this is hard to get perfect but I gave it a few puffs of compressed air and it flew out.Apart from that – very happy. Thank you!

Llegó en tiempo y forma al domicilio, todo empacado sin daños por envÃo. Hasta ahora ha trabajado muy bien, se desempeña correctamente y de forma veloz por el procesador que trae, es touch, con una entrada microsd y de buen audio, detalles leves como fue que llegó con una mica obscura pegada cubriendo la tapa no la quite no es relevante para mÃ, conserva la estética, y con cargador genérico. Busque velocidad, ligereza, funcionalidad, economÃa y en esta laptop la encontré.
