I use these with my 3rd graders during testing time to help with focusing. This was a great buy and and lasted a log time whle being stucked on. This is a hard candy that is not very sweet. There are only a few calories in each piece.

I like these! Theyâre great for when you just want something to suck on, and you get a lot of mints for a pretty low price. My only minor issueâthough it might not bother everyoneâis the sugar content. Each mint has 3g of sugar, which can add up if you have several a day. Thatâs why I usually prefer the sugar-free versions, but those tend to be much more expensive.

Theyâre a little stale so not my liking but luckily my spouse likes them stale, they do have a great taste though. Good price for how many you get, would say I got about 3/4 of a full bag so we got a lot.
