Perfect Companion for the Pro Display XDR
I was a bit skeptic but since I couldn’t find a new one, I ordered a renewed version. Turned out to be great. The cables and camera should have been packed in different bags though as I suspect some of the minor scratches on the cover are a consequence of putting everything in a simple bag. Otherwise works great and snaps nicely on the top of the Pro Display. The short cable allows connecting to the display directly without any clutter. For those complaining there is no software, just get Logi Tune for MAC to set zoom, color balance…

Amazing webcam but don’t use the included cable!
This is an amazing webcam but don’t use the included longer cable! It doesn’t power the webcam fully and then leads to lots of flickering, artifacting, and disconnects. It seems it is a common issue with this camera as well as all the other Logitech 4K cameras. The short ~1 foot cable works great and I’ve read elsewhere that most USB 3 and 3.1 type C cables work great with this camera.

Still testing
I’m still testing the camera in hopes that the lens it’s not scratched. Other than the front cover being scuffed everything else looks good. I may have to return for a replacement if the scuff marks can’t be removed.

Works/Looks great and easy to install
Looks and works great. It matches the scale and the aluminum finish and color of the Pro Display XDR. I needed the camera and microphones for Microsoft Teams calls. No installation issues – magnetic top center mount and just plug and play.

Why is it that this camera cost
And Iâm in a little head but doesnât come with a typical stand. It came with this magnetic week magnetic base to hook onto the back of your monitor⦠Well there are no more monitors with steel backs so it has a real hard time sticking to the plastic logic tech. As much money as you pay for this product it ought be able to become and be bounded upon anything any any time anywhere on your other products have that why doesnât this one?In addition to the lack of mounting level it comes with two very stiff cables one of which leaves a picture really really jagged and fuzzy itâs horrible I canât believe itâs a long cord give me a picture it is miserable yet the short cord that they gave me attached to a normal USB-C extension cord works just fine.

Camera Cables DOA
Edit:Originally my web camera came with faulty cables. I needed to get third party usb 3.1 c cables.That being said. The camera is nice. I use it in conjunction with my Mac Studio. 4K resolution and a control app to tweak the settings.For anyone who buys it and thinks the resolution is low:Check the cables (mine were dead and couldn’t start the camera)OrCheck the settings on your streaming app. Some apps like zoom, reduce the quality of your video unless you click “enable HD.”

Good camera, but for the big price difference the video quality is not noticeably superior to the C922.
