very good quality! worth the price!
needed a new headset for work. i wish i could’ve got one of those one-eared sets, but i needed 2 speakers because i need to be able to discern between 2 different audio channels (which are played separately on the L&R speakers) at work. Very nice, small, thin/not bulky. No problem at all to carry these between work/home.These are great! I’m VERY sensitive to any kind of clamping pressure on headsets. I can’t stand any sort of squeezing pressure on my head/ears! these are very comfy to wear, though. I’m grateful for the easily-accessible audio/mic controls. The big button on the middle of the control panel is the mute button. The small LED light flickers when mute is active. The mic quality is also good! I tested it in Teams with the ‘call preview/test’ option in settings. Sounds fine. No problems. I sound like me!

Comfortable and Reliable for Online Work
I use the Logitech H390 for my online jobs and it’s been great so far. The headphones are super comfortable, even after hours of use, and the sound quality is clear. The mic works really well for calls my voice comes through clearly with no static. Easy to set up with USB and feels durable. Definitely a good choice for remote work or online meetings.

    Works well but super tight
Bought these to use for days I’m working from home, and I really like them. The sound is super clear and I like the volume button on the cord. I will say, the actual headset is super tight on my head. And the ear pieces are small so my ears do start to hurt after wearing them for an hour or so. If they weren’t so tight fitting, this might not be an issue but because they are so tight, it’s difficult to wear for long periods.

  4. YeahSoMaybe?

A tale of two Logitech Headphones. H390 is a winner at a fraction of the cost of the Zone Wired.
I bought two Logitech headset models for work use (with Microsoft Teams). The models were Logitech Zone “Wired USB” version ($115.00) which is “MS Teams certified” and Logitech Headset H390 ($29.95).Maybe I’m crazy but I like / prefer the sound, fit, feel and long term comfort of the lower priced H390 headset. Both claim to be Noise Cancelling.PROS of the H390 model:Has a warm sound but is not lacking trebleMicrophone has a gutsy pickupDelivers music playback surprisingly well!Noise Cancelling may be superior to the Zone!! (even with air conditioner 2.5 feet away!)Good volume oomph! (i.e strong microphone pickup & output, strong headphone speaker volume). It has a normal, standard sized, USB “A” plug. (Thank You!!! Thank You!!!)———- Vs. ———–Logitech “Zone” (wired version)* Way more money* They ship it with a USB-C type plug (I later found a Logitech provided tiny adapter that converts it to USB-A end plug). My personal bias: I don’t consider USB-C to a hardy connector. It’s (to me) the unfortunate wave of the future. Yes I know all of it’s feature improvments, I personally just don’t like it. Had I noticed it was USB-C, I would not have ordered it.* The Zone plays stereo music back but music sounds better to me on the cheaper (H390) model.* The cord on the Zone has this woven outer skin wrap that resembles “cordura” (the nylon backpack woven fabric material) that has the effect of creating microphonics whenever it inevitably rubs against my shirt (yes I’m using the little clamp provided on the cord – no difference). In short – physical rubbing (when you move) your shirt or your body against the outer cord material can be heard as a raspiness (like grrr / rrrr) in the headphones and it’s annoying to me. It sets my teeth on edge. Some many not notice or be bothered by this, it bugs the hell out of me.WHAT’S GOOD ABOUT THE LOGITECH ZONE?* Uhh it looks cooler. It has the visual cool factor.* It has more treble, it’s clear and refined…YET… I cannot say that, overall, it has the most balanced sound – especially for long hours of wearing.* The noise cancelling on the Zone works, I think, but noise cancelling success seems to be more immediately apparent to me when using the H390.MY VERY BIASED OPINION OF THE “ZONE WIRED” FOLLOWS, OK? YMMVIf you:1) Need headphones with a USB “Type C” male plug as your native, out of the box , connector…2) Want to look cool wearing a headphone with more modern styling3) Want to unnecessarily part with an additional $90 dollars4) Don’t value long term comfort.5) Don’t need the ability to listen to music enjoyably in your off time (due to a fuller range warm and balanced sound)6) Can live with the fact that the inline mute switch is not hardy and the flexible surface skin of the switch will quickly deteriorate…Then nothing is stopping you from ordering the Logitech Zone.Yes, I know that music playback is not a primary focus of these headsets, that may have been a low blow. For my ears and body the lower priced Logitech H390 delivers the audio and comfort goods for way less money. To be fair: Some people with different head types may do better with the Zone. My head is medium to larger sized. My PC is Windows 10, both headsets were discovered immediately once plugged in.MORAL OF MY STORY: Spending more money does not necessarily deliver better outcomes. Sometimes it merely delivers “cachet”, bragging rights and complication.ADDENDUM: 8-28-2020: I am returning this Logitech Zone headset as the plastic cover for the inline Mute switch is degrading at an accelerated rate after very little use. I added this issue above to the reveiw.

    Good bang for your buck
This headset is virtually unchanged from the one I purchased… I don’t know how long ago. Long enough for the Logitech logo to change. Clear microphone, comfortable headset, good sound, plug and play, and good price. Really looking forward to this one lasting as long as my original.

Decent For Price, Ear Pads Tiny/Not Good Quality
You get what you pay for and for $25 these actually are not horrible headphones. I use them for work (conference calls and google voice calls) and they work great for that. I also use them for the occasional gaming and no complaints. I wish the mute button was a little bit more firm or difficult to press (i accidentally click it from time to time without realizing) but other than that the functionality works as intended. Usb cable is long enough and the connection ends have good quality wraps or connection points so hopefully it withstands the occasional cord tug. The audio quality is what you would expect for the price.I knocked off 2 stars because of the quality of the headphone ear pads…its just bad. They are tiny and the material is just cheap. Wearing them longer than 30 min your ears will start to notice. If they went up an inch in circumference and used a softer material these headphones would be perfect.

This is a long term review. Product is working fine ☺️ it is comfortable to wear for a short time may be 2 hours. But beyond it feels uncomfortable.Speakers are loud enough. But we can still hear people talking if their conversation is loud and microphone is fare enough. Haven’t received any feedback from anyone that they’re having issues with my face and clarity.Haven’t faced any issues and it serves it’s purpose. Do recommend people looking for budget friendly headset. Thanks 👍
