Looks and feels like real leather. Fantastic tote bag.
I just recently discovered the brand Lovevook, and ever since then Iâve been obsessed with every bag Iâve gotten from them. This medium-sized 15.6 leather laptop tote bag with the matching wristlet did not disappoint either. First, it is such a high-quality bag that both looks and feels like real leather. I got the brown color, and it has wrinkles throughout it, making it look like a real leather bag. I know it is made with a faux leather material, but you wouldnât know it by just looking at it. The material used to make this bag is thick, durable, and has impeccable stitching. The straps are made with the same leather material and are reinforced onto the bag with both a gold ring and extra thick leather stitched onto the bag. There is one main compartment to this bag and a small zippered pocket on the back. Inside the main compartment, it is sectioned into three parts with a zippered pocket in the center. On one side, there is the padded laptop pocket with an elastic Velcro strap closure. I will say the laptop pocket is not very padded compared to others Iâve seen, though. There is also room outside the laptop pocket as well to fit any other notebooks or books. On the other side of the center pocket, there is another compartment that has a zippered pocket at the top, and then below that, there are two pockets with two pencil/pen pockets in between them. There is also an attached leather strap with a clasp on it to hook your keys so they are easily accessible. This bag does completely close with a zipper at the top. The sides do fold in some because of the way the center pocket is sewn in, so you are not able to completely expand them. I would say that is the only drawback to this bag. It still holds quite a bit, but you are not really able to fully expand it past the initial shape of the bag without risking ripping part of the pocket on the inside. With the amount of space in this bag already, I donât see that ever being an issue, so thatâs why I didnât take a star off. Overall, though, I still really love this tote bag. The matching wristlet is a nice bonus as well that is big enough to hold things like makeup, mirror, compact, hand sanitizer, lipsticks, lotion, etc. In my option the current price of $49.99 is a steal for this bag. The quality alone more than makes up for the value of this bag. Plus it comes in a little dust bag to keep it protected when not in use. This bag is so beautiful and classy looking. It definitely looks like a high end laptop bag and is made like one too. You will not be disappointed with it. Iâm obsessed with this bag and truly love everything about it.

If not, itâs passing as real leather laptop/tablet, iPad, carrying bagâ¦.as well as anything else you carry throughout your day or while you travel holds EVERYTHING- tablet/iPad, 15â laptops, key holder w/clasp, so youâre not digging around for your keys, has plenty of storage, open side pockets, zippered side pockets, zippered middle LARGE pocket, 2 separate open areas for the largest laptop you can fit. I have a 13 inch laptop, & 11 inch iPad, separated w/a padded divider & Velcro patch to secure devices.Itâs made with great quality, hardware finished w/beautiful gold tarnish (not shiny, which is better when traveling, shiny gets scratched easily). You can see how amazing the stitching & overall great quality this bag is made withâ¦.Everything is on point, great price point, great quality. Iâve purchased several different laptop/device carrying bags from LOVEVOOK (this manufacture) however, this ONE IS THE BEST so far⦠#1 from LOVEVOOK.They offer so many varieties, different colors, different fabrics, different sizes, different hardware finishes, etc. this is blk leatherâ¦,If Iâm not mistaken, it could be a PU leather, but it definitely is giving off real leather vibes.Again, has tons of room. Canât give enough stars ð for the quality, size, comfortable to carry, price point, everything is AMAZING ð¤©There is 1 slight caveat but itâs hardly a problem WE CANT GET AWAY from Formaldehyde smell, anything that is mass-produced, really almost anything these days uses some amount of formaldehyde in their manufacturing process, which gives an unpleasant odorâ¦.this bag has a very MINOR smell & can be off-gased in separate room/ares for 1 day the airflow will get rid of this minor smell.My opinion here – Off-gassing, what is this? 1 form Iâm explaining⦠anything that uses formaldehyde in the manufacturing process will have a smell to it, this is used on purses, bags, clothes, furniture, etc. anything, depending on the quality, whether you get a very strong odor, or a slight odor of formaldehyde, such as this bag, that shows the quality in the manufacturing process. Place it in a separate bedroom, garage area, covered patio area, in this case 1 day – open it up & let airflow through your item, it will off gas itselfâ¦.no more smell. ðð¼â I have dealt w/this my entire designing career, the stronger the odor, the longer you have to off-gas, and there are other forms of stronger, VOCs, chemicals, etc., which do not apply to this product!If I had 1 positive feedback for LOVEVOOK the manufacturer, it would make this bag EVEN BETTER (already perfect) however, if you added an overall crossbody strap, w/hardware to hold that strap, it would be amazingðð¼ !! ðCheck out my photos – my items are packed in, this is a must for your list, treat yourself & you donât have to break the bank, itâs totally budget friendlyâ¦get 1 for yourself & purchase another as a great gift to any friends/family. Not padded at all
I am disappointed in the lack of padding for my laptop. As in, the tote is not padded at all. I would never be comfortable carrying my laptop without it’s own protective case. That, unfortunately, takes up room and defeats the purpose of having a tote that I expected to be dedicated to carrying my laptop. The bag is not deep/wide enough to carry a binder with my client intake forms, and my 14″ laptop in it’s padded case and be able to zip it.
