Good quality mic, Good after-sales support
I bought this to upgrade from the headset mic I used while gaming, which didnât sound good. This microphone sounds much better! It sounds very good, actually. Being able to control the volume and noise cancellation is very nice. The plug-n-play is really convenient, no extra set up required every time you want to use it. I like the light indicator; itâs red when muted, green when on, and blue when on with noise cancellation. The button to mute is a tap on top of the mic, which seems good so that people donât hear a click when you switch the mic off. (I still have yet to test that.) The RGB lights are a nice touch too. The boom arm was pretty easy to set up, though I struggled a little bit with adjusting the vertical piece of the arm. Iâve never set one up before though, so maybe that was just me. I donât plan to be adjusting the stand constantly, so I expect it should last well. The only issue I had was with the noise cancellation software – it wouldnât update and in my attempt to fix it with the recommendations from their website, the microphone stopped working entirely. After trying everything, I contacted support and they sent me a new microphone. They were very polite and helpful. The new mic works great, I can use the noise cancellation without updating the software. Overall, definitely recommend if youâre looking for a not-super-expensive upgrade from a poor quality mic.

Good Sound, but Cheap Build and Lack of Stability
Update: The company reached out to me and sent a new arm and base for the microphone. The replacement is much sturdier and no longer comes loose easily. I appreciate how responsive and helpful the company was in resolving the issueâgreat customer service! Because of this, Iâm updating my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. The mic sound is good, though it is made of plastic and feels a bit cheap, but for the price, itâs a great deal.Original Review:This mountable microphone is okay. While the colors are great and the sound quality is decent (people can hear you just fine), the build quality feels cheap and flimsy. It doesnât feel very sturdy, and I worry it might break easily. The arm for the stand is also an issueâit can slide out easily if moved too much, as it doesn’t lock securely into place with the mount. Another downside is the lack of cord management. Unless you use something like zip ties to secure the cord, itâs hard to keep things neat. Good GAMING mic. The mic does not include fluffy pop filter nor the plush(separate purchases).
Decent mic, if youâre into gaming and stuff like that, i highly recommend. Unless it for professional purposes like podcasts, streams, meetings, I would recommend looking for a mic thatâs a little more expensive. The only issue iâve had with this mic is the pop filter that comes with the packaging, it never stuck onto the little hole itâs supposed to go in and it eventually broke. Another issue iâve had with this mic is if you speak from far away like 2-3 feet you cannot hear anything only a slight muffle; this was with highest gain the mic has to offer. I have to be really close to the front of the mic which is where the logo is in order to hear myself clearly. Other than that the setup was quick and simple, the cord was appropriate length. One last thing that doesnât affect the mic itself but rather your own personal aesthetic, the mic comes with no clips, meaning that the wire just dangles and makes it look messy.

Excellent RGB Mic for Streaming, Podcasts, and Gaming
after just a few uses, the MAONO DM30 RGB microphone is really good and Iâm really impressed with its performance and aesthetics. The sound quality is crisp and clear, making it perfect for my Zoom calls, streaming, and occasional voice recording. The built-in pop filter helps reduce background noise and plosives, which is a big plus. The RGB lighting adds a nice touch to my setup and is customizable, which is a fun bonus if you enjoy a bit of flair in your workspace. Im a YouTuber and this Microphone is great for what I do. Its easy to set up and easy to use. I recommend it for the people that are looking for a good bargain with great quality sound. The size of the microphone is great too. Its not bulky in any way. The arm was easy to set up as well and the cord doesn’t get in the way either.

Great Budget Microphone
This microphone is actually really good for the price, bundled along with the arm it is a great addition to any gaming setup. I got it in pink! The mic quality is great as well, I would say it’s good for Discord voice calls and streaming. The arm isn’t flimsy and is really well made, the clamp that goes to the table is especially sturdy. Great bargain!

I bought this to make videos and itâs absolutely perfect! The noise cancellation helps tremendously when thereâs a little annoyance in the background. Super easy to set up and install, plenty of different colour modes and the mic quality is great. You dont need to spend $150 on a mic, this one sounds just as good, very sturdy swing arm, locks into whatever position i leave it in. Also i like having a mute button on the mic itself, also has a headset plugin on the mic
