Terrific chair with a nice price to match
The color is very close to the photo, a nice light gray. The chair is very comfortable with adequate padding and the extra width on the seat and back provide good support. Assembly was straightforward with excellent written instructions, clearly identified items and a well-produced video. The only issue I had was one of the screw holes in the base legs did not line up properly and required a bit of extra elbow grease to tighten it. The back assembly also required a little extra push to get everything lined up but the screws went in ok and they fully tightened. The casters roll smoothly and seat height adjustment is very easy. I’m hoping the seat material will be “resistant” to cats as stated. Time (and claws) will tell….

BEST DESK CHAIR!!!
Best desk chair I’ve ever had! Ordered or my home office and hope to order another one for my work location. It was beautifully packaged, and the instructions were clear and easy to read. Was super easy to put together!. The material is soft, is thickly padded, and quite comfortable.

Office chair needs a boost
Easy (and kind of fun) to put together. More comfortable than expected. Need a pillow for lumbar, but thatâs any chair. Only thing Iâd change is I wish it went up a touch higher. Otherwise, good product, feels sturdy, pretty pleased.

A little sticky, mostly comfy, but easy to put together.
The chair arrived as scheduled, so I was pleased; albeit, the box being semi open and beat up, but the chair was ok. I purchased this chair as replacement for another criss cross chair that I had purchased a few months back. Being that I have free flying birds in my room, I didn’t want to keep the fabric chair in my office area as the poop would be harder to remove, so this is the replacement.I took everything out of the box, at least I swore I did; got all the pieces and realized I didn’t see any instructions which I thought was funny. But thankfully, it was quite easy to put together, and I didn’t need the instructions. The screws and where everything goes, seems pretty straightforward, it really doesn’t take rocket science. After all was said and done, I threw the boxes in the car and was ready to take them to the dump. Well, upon arrive at the dump area, I found the instructions inside the empty box complete with white gloves (nice touch)–it seemed like a glitch in the matrix…Day 1 of using this chair in my office, it’s great–rolls easily, I can sit cross legged comfortably, but weirdly it has a sticky feeling to the pleather. I don’t know if it’s a coating or what, but I hope it can get wiped off. The color seems to fit in with my office palette and so not complaints there either. As for the adjustable heights, it seems to work, I think it could be a little easier grab, but it is convenient enough.Overall, I think the product was worth the price (not a bad deal on Amazon Prime Day).
