Great for the money
easy to put together probably only took me 20 minutes with the tools provided. came with white cloth gloves and everything was packaged nicely. comfortable and ergonomic. all metal base is nice and feels sturdy. rolls with ease on carpet and Vinal flooring. perfect for anyone around 6ft . Back support is adjustable and nice

Good price but some of the complaints are true.
Hi agonized over a new office chair to buy as I work from home two days a week. I wanted something that was comfortable with adjustable arms, a lumbar support and a Headrest. It was easy to assemble. It came in a very compact box that was damaged. This didnât seem to impact the chair at all there was an indent in the memory foam because of the way it was packed as stated by others. I had the chair now close to three weeks and dent is still there that seems like a packaging floor. The chair is comfortable and does everything that it says it will do Iâve said others that have a nicer foam on the base that are slightly more comfortable, but that said this is not uncomfortable, and if youâre on a budget, itâs a great chair.

Great chair, easy to assemble, and is comfortable overall.
Set up was very simple the screws are set up to be installed in one part of the assembly. So you open the screw pack when you are putting one part together.Someone mentioned in the videos that the cushion is a little thin after sitting in the chair for several hours. Sadly I find that is true ;with me as well. I have placed additional padding to make the chair more comfortable to me. But I weigh over 200 pounds and someone of less weight might not need the extra cushioning.

I was in a unique position when I selected this âUsed â Very Goodâ version of the âMarsail Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair High Back Desk Chair Adjustable Lumbar Support with Headrest Flip-Up Liftable Arms Swivel Computer Task Chair for Big and Tall Peopleâ, as I had recently purchased the NEW version.I was extremely happy with the NEW version. For the additional 10% off, I figured what could possibly go wrong. The fine print indicated: âLooks and functions as if it were new. Moderate packaging damage observed during inspection.âOK, the worst-case, I can return it.The chair box was inside an amazon box. I unbox the chair and for the most part, it appears as if the chair had been assembled and disassembled for return. My main concern was âwere all the parts includedâ. Carefully checking, all the parts were there. Bent washers show that the chair was previously assembled. Not a problem. The unusual (maybe not) part was the lift mechanism and the gas lift cylinder were already together. This presented some challenge, but not insurmountable. Most likely because it was previously assembled. It was not worth it to get tools to separate them.One of the cautions with this chair was the mesh fabric. Between sunlight, humidity, and sharp objects, many issues could occur.Back to the used chair â as I am attaching the seat, I notice two very small cuts in the fabric – see photos.The final assembly completed, I decided to use a cover for the chair. Everything is great, but you get what you pay for. Next time I would pay the extra 10% for the NEW version of this great chair. Thanks.

This chair kinda sucks. Feels cheap, not very comfortable sitting in it. The lumbar support doesnât really allow you to sit back in a way that isnât straining. Now iâm gunna have to deconstruct it and return it so i can get my 100 bucks back. There are cheaper chairs out there that are a lot better than this
