Great Product!
They work as they should and got completely rid of my drifting in my joysticks. They were easy to use and install on my own, the quality of them are 10/10 and the value for what you pay is a steal.

Works good as new
Gosh darn this was hard to install! That being said, they work as well as the factory ones on my Elite controller. This is much cheaper than a new controller if you get stick drift. That all being said, this isn’t an install for beginners. The soldering involved is almost as hard as disassembling the controller. Being careful not to break anything or overheat the board it took about an hour to fix myself.

Not worth it!!
Not worth your time or money. They do not work. These were worse then my original ones. The left stick would stay at the 10 or 11 o’clock position and not move the right had to many errors. I ended up removing all the magnets in my elite 2 controller and put a set of TMR sticks in it.

Fixed a buddies remote
You really need to know what you are doing in order to do this job and have the right tools the value was good and everything functions like normal fit like oem seemed like good build qualityInstructions:1. Disassemble controller2. I personally like to cut my none working joysticks apart and pull them out 1 by 1 like teeth itâs easier that way3. Remove remaining solder I used flux and sucker with solder iron at 900F4. Put new one in hold it down while putting new solder on I did 620F with little flux6. The elite 2 remote self zeros so no need to manually do it7. If you are doing elite 2 remote to test it put the two boards together and set it in bottom shell and plug it into pc/xbox to test it you can leave antenna wires disconnected this will help least likely to damaged it if you keep plugging and unplugging them higher risk of damage8. After testing reassemble the remote and make sure the freakin buttons are in the proper way sometimes they shift and you will put the whole thing together and have to disassemble the whole controller again just to rotate a button 40 degreesHope this helps NO tools or instructions were included

Replacement for an XBox Elte Series 2 Controller
Analog Pot Worked Great…..Takes a few minutes to remove the original thumb stick analog pot and button functionality.Patience is needed for clearing the ground plane through holes.Replacement was exact pin spacing and work immediately.Expertise is soldering and a microscope is extremely helpful.

So far, as good as oem. Would recommend.
Bought these to replace a stick that broke while taking apart the elite series 2 controller. Had no issues with install, doesnât seem to be any drift on it, seems and feels as responsive as the original. Would recommend, but only if you have the soldering skills to remove and install the new one,

I used these on my Xbox Series X/S 20th anniversary edition controller. Works just like on the Xbox Elite 2 controller.I did switch over the internals for one of the potentiometers.Make sure you have adequate tools and skill before attempting to fix your controller.
