After a 10 minutes the better pack turns off, which does not allow for anymore charges on your device, until you either unplug then re plug your device, or press the button on the side to wake it up. Itâs annoying to constantly check to see if itâs charging or not. Other than that, I would give it a 5 star if those problems were fix.It charges nicely, and since itâs portable and light itâs a good option. Especially if youâre in a pinch, or donât want your phone to be in an undisclosed location while you have to tend to business. Overall a good pick for its value.(My phone is an iPhone 11, so maybe my phone is not drawing enough power for the battery pack to stay on)Edit: it was my charger not the battery pack itself. My charger was running bad, and Iâve since replaced it, now it works great. No complaints.

Absolutely love these!We found these chargers years ago, probably over 5. For the price, they have far outlasted any others we have gotten and work better than most. We have at least 6 of them around the house and 2 large size Miady, and we never go anywhere without them. They charge phones, tabs, laptops and anything else within reason. They are lifesavers on trips. Slim enough to fit in your pocket or purse. They wont disappoint. Just now we are having a little trouble with one of them so I decided it was time for more! Also cant beat the fact that they charge with either type C or micro USB, so convenient. And I recently just found out that they will charge something out of the type C input.

Works great and travels well
The battery lasts a very long time, and it’s a powerful charger. Strong enough to fully charge my phone out on hikes, even with several apps running in the background. It’s small and easily fits in our backpacks and purse. The only downside is that it takes a really long time to charge.

Bought this in September 2020. I havenât used them much and donât recall if this was a function during that time or not. They still work great, but the usb-c port only functions for charging the power bank (input). It will not produce an output from the usb-c port – I have to use the USB-A ports to charge devices. I donât believe this was the case when I first bought these, but I could be wrong. The fact that they still function after 5 years with minimal use (couldnât tell you the last time I used or charged them) is surprising to me. For that reason alone, I will say these are great power banks. The fact that I cannot use the C port to charge phones or my go pro is why I knocked 1 star off (canât verify if it was stopped to or not because they have a different model now). Just adds one more cable I have to pack for my vacation. Overall, Iâm just glad that I still have them and they still work. Oh and by the way-I store them in a case that fits both of them in one protective case. They havenât been used in at least 2 almost 3 years since I sold my Harley. Most batteries would have taken a crap by now and not held a charge. These still had 75% or more and still took a charge with no issues. The real test will be in Hawaii in a few days randomly charging a go pro and possibly phones.

Great Value for a Portable Charger
After having read some of the negative reviews, I was a little skeptical about ordering this. However, I am very pleased with the product. I have not been paid nor received products to write this review. I don’t write many reviews, but when I do, I try to do an in-depth evaluation of them. In my testing, I used my iPhone XS, iPad 6th Gen, my Kindle Fire 8 inch, and my wife’s iPad Air 4.About the battery. It’s not very clear from the website or the instructions on what the ports do, but the information is there. It would be better if the company printed INPUT or OUTPUT on the battery itself. To summarize, this device has 2 INPUT ports (to charge the battery pack), a micro-USB and a USB-C port. The USB-C cannot be used to power a device. To test this, I plugged a USB-C cable into my wife’s iPad Air 4, and the iPad started charging the portable charger. The 2 USB-A ports are what are used for charging devices. Charging times will vary depending on if you are using the device while charging or charging with it off. Some reviews said it will only charge their device once. It’s important to note, this is only a 10,000 mAh battery. My iPad Air has 8800 mAh battery. The battery pack has only an 80% efficiency rate (no batteries are 100% efficient) so you will only get about 8000 mAh from it meaning it will charge my device only once. It will charge my phone almost 3 times however. For tablets, if you want to charge more than once, then a larger capacity battery is needed.To properly use a battery pack, let you device run down some, to approx 50-80% before using the charger. IF you fully deplete the device, it may not be able to power the dive and charge it at the same time. Now for the tests on each device:Apple iPhone XSIt charges my iPhone while using. It charged 1% in about 10 minutes. While the phone was off, it charged 10% in under an hour, but my phone was at 88%, so it was near a full charge. It would charger quicker if it had a lower charge.Apple iPad 6th GenThis charged my iPad while using it. It is not fast, but it will provide a slight charge while using. While off, I gained 30% from 36% to 66% in 1 hour and 15 minutes.Apple iPad Air 4Apple’s new iPad with a high resolution screen and fast 8 core processor for CPU and graphics, the battery will only hold a charge, this portable charger will not charge the iPad while using it. While off, it charged the battery 10% in an hour and 15 minutes. It is important to note, you will have to get a USB-A to USB-C cable to charge newer generation iPads. If you plug the Apple cable with 2 USB-C ports into the USB-C port on the battery pack, the iPad will charge the battery pack.Kindle Fire 8 InchThe device charges while using. Due to its smaller battery capacity, it charged about 10% in 15 minutes.As mentioned before, this is great value for a battery pack for smaller devices. It will power tablets as well, but for devices with large capacity batteries, it will be very slow, and only provide one charge. I’ve only had the device 1 week, time will see how well they hold up.

Good product if it did not break when used 2 months!
I bought this double power port the end of June, and was very happy with it till the black one refused to charge overnight.The white one still working, but for how long? Not the result I was hoping for with the failure of one with my return option expired.nitUpdate: I am happy to report that the black power pack that I moved to another charger eventually did fully charge. I am hoping that whatever caused the lack of charge the first time will not repeat. The first charger has been charging everything fine and was all tightly aligned to the black power pack, so I reported the failure to charge initially, If it continues to work, I would change my rating to a 5 star.

I bought this two pack, one for my husband, one for myself. One works nicely, but the second one doesn’t do a thing. It lights up for a second while being âchargedâ and the lights go out again. Plug it in to a device, same thing, the light turns on for a second, then nothing. Waiting for the day the one that works gives out.
