Very Happy So Far. Looks and works like new.
Just got my Surface Laptop 3 and I’m happy to report when I took it out of the box and inspected it, it looked like a brand new machine. I was concerned when I ordered it based on the 2 reviews that this listing had, but I guess I lucked out. The laptop itself is in excellent condition. The only flaw I could find on the body is a 1mm scratch on one corner that I was able to cover/hide with a black sharpie. Now you don’t even see it. The screen is absolutely flawless. The keyboard is flawless. Sometimes with laptops, over time, the keys get faded or you notice that oily residue on them that doesn’t wash off. This keyboard looks like it’s never been used. The trackpad is perfect. The only thing I can’t speak to is the battery life remaining. The “excellent” condition by this seller states that the battery is supposed to be above 80% life. I’ve charged it fully and discharged it 2 times so far and it seems like the battery is fine. All the ports work fine and I updated it to Windows 11 without issue. The laptop came with a power adapter and that’s all. It was packed inside an inflatable bubble wrap and was well protected. Seller shipped via Fed-ex 2 day shipping for free. All in all, no complaints. Very happy. I did notice that the price fluctuates on this model from this seller. Sometimes it’s a little higher or lower than what I paid. Not sure why.

Donât judge an Ultra book by its cover!
Worked for 20min set up Windows, then battery was low. Plugged it in then realized that charger was not charging. Trying to see health of battery but laptop powered down. Charged laptop for 2 hours would not turn on. I was going to try to get another charger but it is just too much work because I donât know if it is battery or they gave me a bum charger. Really upset because laptop looks like new. I just canât take the risk of keeping it in and trying to spend more money to fix.

Bought this as a gift for my little sister and let me tell you if I wouldâve found out about this laptop, sooner 100% would it be a Microsoft user. Itâs such a great laptop and very affordable for the quality you get. The look of it and feel you would think it would be a high-end fruit product lol.

Worst glare Iâve ever experienced
Literally everything else is amazing. Iâm buying a glare reducer screen protector for it. Very happy with the purchase other than that.The screen glare is bad even in low light scenarios. For reference, I am pretty sensitive to glare and bright light.

Genuinely love my laptop, came in perfect working order exactly as advertised. Wouldn't have guessed it was renewed it was given without being told. Fast, easy to use, and sleek. Nice keyboard, and works with windows 11. The touch screen works perfectly and even passes the one-handed test (can open the laptop with it sitting on a flat surface without using two hands.)Genuinely worth every penny I spent!I named them Hal, hope anyone else who gets their own will love them as much as I love Hal.I'm not much of a gamer, but it can handle having multiple Chrome tabs/windows, Spotify, Discord, Visual Studio code editor, and GitHub open all at the same time. I'd say if it can run all of that, it could surely handle some gaming :)

Ok I was really excited to receive this to help with work and school. I read the reviews, the positives outweighs the negatives. The visual condition was great! Just the keys are temperamental. I can’t type a paper when all the keys dint work properly. It’s time consuming to go back and fix all the words with missing letters. I really had hope for this, but I am going to send this back.

The laptop was received in decent packaging and the overall condition of the exterior was ok. But the keyboard looked like they had been chewed on and one of the keys was even peeling off. You couldnât type on the keyboard without scratching all your fingers in the process. Buyerâs bewareâ¦

Pedi la plateada con teclado Alcántara. Y me llegó la versión en negro, no me disgusta, incluso se ve mejor. Si me llegó tal cual la descripción (16gb RAM y 512gb). Lo compré en estado BUENO. Y la verdad está como nuevo, no tiene ninguna falla (hasta ahorita), 2 o 3 detalles nada visibles. Vale la pena la compra sin importar las condiciones, estuve a punto de pedirla en estado EXCELENTE pero me ahorré mÃnimo 100dlls. Si de por sà ya es una buena oferta.
