Awesome switch
This is an awesome switch, so easy to install, the quality is amazing, I love the feel of the buttons but most of all I got it for itâs WiFi capabilities and li king it to my Alexa made it so easy for me to save on electricity by just telling it to turn it of. I love it plus the price was great too. It functioned to way it was intended to.

Smart Light Switches
I just installed these switches this afternoon. I do have a decent level of experience with electrical work and installation.They work great so far with voice control and the alexa app.Follow the instructions provided and understand how your wiring is installed is helpful.One suggestion for the company – the braided wire provided for the neutral and ground jumpers do not secure properly with the set screws. My solution was to strip a bit more insulation off and fold the braided wire over to increase the thickness, thus improving the connection with the set screw. I added a bit of solder to the braided wire for the second set that I installed. I would recommend these switches and will definately purchase more as I continue to make our home “smart”. I just hope I can find some 3-way and a couple of 4-way switches that match.

Reliable Smart Switch
These lights had me brush up on my wiring skills. I havenât wired anything up In 10+ years. I finally got them working. My only complaint is my ceiling fan isnât controlled by the switch but rather at the pull chain and the turning on a d off of the units is fairly loud. They look nice when installed although the blue wifi light could be a little less bright. I revcimend this light switch.

Misleading Product Image. This is not a 4-way switch
The image shows this switch works in a 4-way wiring setup and the Amazon AI bot also scrapes the same thing from somewhere and suggests that it works in such setup but it doesnât even have the additional traveler wire to work as 4-way switch and the manual inside the box doesnât mention it at all. Such a waste of time for a time-sensitive work.2-stars for the quality look of the switch.

TOUCH Switch, NOT a CLICKER
If you only use this switch via the app ONLY, then it’s good. But if you need to use the switch in person as well then it’s NOT great. See my thoughts below.Design flaw: this is a TOUCH switch to turn on the light physically at the switch. The switch is NOT a clicker. You have to touch exactly at a CENTER spot of the button to turn on the light. It is hard to find/touch the right spot to turn on the light in the dark. In addition, where to touch to turn on the light is NOT lighted (see attached pic). It is lighted ATFTER the light turned on. It would be smart to have this touch-spot LIGHTED when it’s off so user can locate the touch-button in the dark to turn it on. Besides this small issue, if you ONLY use the app to turn it on/off, then it’s all good. You don’t have to deal with the switch at all in person.Installation: great features that you just insert wires into the provided slots on the switch. I love this insert feature! Therefore, less wire connection nuts that you have to fit into a tiny electrical housing/box. However, one thing to consider that you have to “pigtail the neutral wire” since the switch does not have its neutral wire. So have an extra piece of neutral wire ready before you install your switch.

Makes it easy to turn on/off outside lights by using the cell phone
Instructions are small and hard to read. A better explanation of installation instructions would definitely make it easier to install. Works great with a cell phone just about anywhere and that is very convenient. I also use the on/off timer for some of the lights during Christmas time.

Difficult to use, poor instructions
The sensor doesn’t work, and the installation instructions are terrible. There’s no troubleshooting guide, and their website is unsafe to visit. Had to return.
