Perfect for above ground pool owners
This has been a really excellent addition to the smart home. It integrated super easily via matter once you put it into pairing mode, and has been a life saver for turning on and off my above ground pool pump everyday. While itâs only been a few weeks at this point using it uncovered outside, we have had some very heavy rains and itâs been unphased. A great value product for sure.

Perfect remote solution.
I bought 2 of these and they are perfect. The application is simple and easy to use. Programming just takes seconds, and I love that each outlet can be scheduled individually. Also you can label each outlet separately in the app. I use this year round for outdoor lighting. It replaced the old dial style timer, which would stop if someone flipped the switch off or the power went out. The only downside to this model is the plug/cord is short. An 18â or 24â inch cord would be perfect. I love these so much I bought a third. I run all these in the one app. Iâve not had any problems with connection or functionality at all.

Pretty good
These are slightly more finicky than other brands like Kasa that are more polished, but they work well enough. I used them outdoors for Christmas lights and indoors for some heaters since I had them lying around when the Christmas lights were down. The app is a little less user friendly than it should be and they donât seem to be easily controllable when away from home, unlike Kasa

Reliable
This smart plug has worked flawlessly to turn on and off landscape lights. I really like the auto on feature based on astronomical sunset. I’ll never have to adjust timers throughout the year again. I’ve purchased smart plugs twice the price of this unit and they don’t have this feature and I’ve experienced reliability issues, not this one. The app is fairly intuitive and easy to use. Great product for the money.

Two device failures
Bought the two pack. The first one went bad in about a month. I setup the second one which also went bad in about the same time. Its very disappointing.

Seems to work with Home Assistant
I purchased this plug to control it with Home Assistant because a few reviews reported success. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews properly which caused me a lot of wasted time. First, I tried Tuya integration in Home Assistant after first connecting the plug to the Smart Life app. This sort of worked – the Tuya integration showed the plug in Home Assistant but as unsupported and there was no way to control it from HA. Next, Matter integration and then add Matter Device (the second must be done from the HA companion app on the phone). At this point, I had to hold the button on the plug for 5 seconds to get it into a pairing mode and scan the QR code. Then the Matter Device was found and now the Home Assistant can control the plug. However, no information such as current, voltage or watts is available, all is zeros.

Easy setup, great bargain
Very, very early to set up with one caveat – they donât seem to compatible with 5G, but look as though they are. The switch will try to connect to whatever WiFi access point your phone is connected to during setup from the phone app, but, since that do not seem to support 5G, the connection will fail. Slower connections work fine and are solid. Switches work well, seem rugged, and are an amazing bargain for the price.
