This phone is crap. I’d really like to have a refund.
I can’t send this back, as it won’t even let me erase anything on it, and I did have *some* moments that allowed me to start it up. The screen now stays on in dark mode, and even trying to power it off doesn’t work. I’ve had so many good experiences with Motorola phones. Don’t know if this tracphone is just bad news. I really wish, with all my purchases through amazon, that I could get a refund, but I just can’t return this piece of crap without my ability to wipe the phone first.

Technology today!!
You know, back when I was a kid; We didn’t have the Tech We do today. Phones are one of the Greatest Inventions made. You can store anything on these Phones, & it keeps it all for You in one neat space so that You can go back & reflect on it later. I view My Pictures all the time & the Videos I take. I enjoy this Phone. They store all My #’s in one area as well, so that I don’t have to worry about writing it down & losing the piece of Paper. No, I got a Phone now, Everything is stored in one small space, so that way I can go into My List and always have the #’s at the ready to dial. Text Messages, those are great. I don’t have to talk when I don’t want to, I can just text & say I’ll call later. And the Blocking # feature is excellent. I can always put someone on block & remove them as I see fit. What an amazing invention.

I don’t suggest purchasing unless you need one
It works for what I needed it for but it barely runs the simplest of apps including YouTube YouTube will crash randomly or while you are scrolling through their shorts you will go ahead and have a frozen screen permanently with but you can still hear it crashes with a lot of games and takes forever to load banking app

Save your money
This phone does the very minimum to pass. You better have a lot of patience because you’ll need it. Anything from typing to loading a picture takes incredibly slow to pop up. Videos are glitchy, your camera is the equivalent to one of those $20 kids cameras, and you can’t even use some apps. Don’t get me started on phone calls or texts. My texts won’t always come in at the correct time, calls will show up as other people, it’s all around awful.

I love this phone! I have never owned a Motorola, but have always had an Android phone. The operating system is great and has so many personalizations available! I could not believe the price of this phone and was wary of buying something that was used, but There was no evidence someone had held this phone before me, let alone used it! I even convinced my boyfriend to buy one! Battery life is so so, but I am willing to carry a charger with me just in case!

phone isn’t unlocked. Once you have to reset, it will indicate you need a US Cellular sim, and there is no way to disable it. I am in Canada and wont work here. Not able to reach seller. Worked until I had to reset. I gave this phone to a family member so I reset it and now wont work. BIG SCAM.

At first there was an issue if it was charging fast enough but we got a new charger and we haven’t had any complaints with it since! My son uses this daily and he loves this phone! I would recommend this for birthday gifts for children 8 and up and also for adults as I know I would but this phone for myself! Great price !
