It’s a great phone but it is originally for Verizon. I haven’t used face recognition on it but the fingerprint scanner didn’t work to well for me. A few things it won’t allow me to do and now my calls, texts, and emails are having problems coming thru. I may just have to upgrade and just get a metro phone overall. The battery life was great for me. Last all day and into the next day. I usually charge every nite but dnt have to be cuz I dnt really use it too much now that I hav an at&t phone(Samsung Galaxy S23+)

Bought this as the description says it is an unlocked phone. It is not, tied to Verizon and from dealing with their customer service not worth it trying to get this damn thing actually unlocked as the description said it should have been in the first place. Was really looking forward to it even got a case and skin protects for a phone I can’t use.Edit: did a return exchange replacement came in as an at&t phone. This one would to send and receive text messages but couldn’t make calls or use anything internet related unless I was on WiFi. Never had this problem before getting an unlocked phone they have always been throw in the sim card and go. I have no idea how they are unlocking these phones but it’s not thorough enough.

Nice phone and unusable…. Will return if I can not use it, I’m tech savvy but dislike being miss lead….Is not unlocked…. Quiet mad, will not work unless it can be unlocked

Just got it hopefully it’s not as bad as the Samsung I bought a year ago and Samsung or assuran won’t replace. I’m pretty hard on phones so we shall see.

Great Find
Just what I was looking for. Great price, cameras, and performance. I’ve been a fan of Moto for a while and this one meets my expectations. Though it it is referbished it doesn’t appear have any wear. The charger was not the original and is of potato quality. It will work but it seems to have difficulty maintaining turbo charging.

Love the look of the phone but it is not unlocked. I put an at&t sims card in and it tells me it is not compatible because it isn’t Verizon.
