Purched this Motorola cell phone as a gift!
My grandson previously had a similar cell phone and accidentally dropped his phone cracking the front screen. I found a beautiful sapphire blue Motorola phone that was slightly used in excellent condition. The battery life lasts a long time, the screen size, functionality is all perfect. He was easily able to transfer all his Information from his old phone onto his new phone. There were no problems with the unlockability of the phone. It was very reasonably priced and cheaper to buy it versus having to pay to replace the cracked screen. I was shocked that this was a used phone as it was in excellent condition with no scratches and looked absolutely perfect.

My husbandâs phone broke but wasnât eligible for an upgrade. He picked this phone and loves it. Also works great for his games. Has enough storage and battery lasts just as expected for someone who is on it all the time. Phone arrived in excellent condition.

Defective
Defective as soon as I got the phone ear speaker barley functions. Started a claim for a replacement, after waiting a week seller deleted the request according to Amazon. Now have a defective phone and no help. Poor service and obvious they do not check for basic functions.

It looked like new and now where he lives he is able to use his phone without being connected to WiFi so the price is good he said it works great and it has more memory then other….so what’s to think about if you need a phone gets the job done with 5G at a great price it’s here waiting to be purchased!

Great Deal for the Money
I needed to replace my Motorola One 5G UW ACE because of a cracked screen. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The only defect I could find was a very minor scratch (scuff?) on the back which will be hidden by the case anyway. I was a bit surprised that this phone is slightly different than my ACE (I guess I didn’t read the description closely enough) so my ACE case doesn’t fit it (i.e. the buttons don’t line up and the fingerprint reader isn’t as good). I also found that some of the functions perform a little differently, but overall, I’m just happy to have a phone that is in virtually mint condition.

Comes with a scuff on the back
Not excellent condition like says in description, came with a scuff, obviously previously used. And that’s okay because it’s a great 5G phone with a big battery and turbo charge capabilities. I got two, one for Verizon and the other for mint mobile. I will buy another one for a backup because you can buy them cheaper then it is to fix a cracked screen, and I’m serious. It didn’t come with the original packaging or charger. The charger and cord don’t match and the cord was a shorty. I love Motorola phones and I’m waiting for Motorola to come out with a flagship phone. I wanted to buy the moto edge but no expandable memory so I decided to stay with the moto one. My favorite phone ever was the droid turbo 2
