Customers say
Customers find the gaming controller comfortable, noting it feels like an Xbox controller, and appreciate its ease of setup as a plug-and-play device. The battery life is positive, lasting around 8 hours, and the buttons work well. However, the functionality and build quality receive mixed feedback – while some say it works reasonably well and holds up nicely, others report it completely stops working and is flimsy. Moreover, the value for money is debated, with some considering it a great product for the price while others find it not worth the cost. Additionally, customers report issues with stick drift, noting that the analog sticks are slippery to the touch.

Best second party controller on the market
Works perfectly, Zero lag, feels good, no setup required, size is that of a Xbox one controller give or take, cord length is just rightDo note that this is not compatible with consoles, its only compatible with pc as far as I have been able to tell

Great Buy and So Much Better than Xbox Pro
I’ve clocked over 50 hours on this controller and have no complaints. It feels great in my hands and is built really well. It works flawlessly with both my MSI laptop and my Cyberpower PC, so I can only speak for awesome compatibility with Windows 11. The button layout is exactly what you’d expect and the vibration level is perfect.

Cheap but Effective with Unexpected Features
I don’t always read 100% of the description on an item before I buy, but this one surprised me in one way that I’ll get to in the positives.Overall, very good feeling controller. It has a slightly rough matte finish for a decent grip, and even better, it has lines in the triggers and bumpers to catch your fingers. They definitely feel inexpensive, but they work well to catch your grip, which is great. The controller is rechargeable, which its companion, a first-party X-Box controller, is not. This is mostly good with a little bit of bad, because there’s no battery bay to open up and replace, and even if there were, it would be a proprietary Li-Ion that would be impossible to find in 5-10 years anyway. For the price, definitely worth it!It mostly feels solid like a real X-Box controller, and even has rubber grips on the sides, which the name-brand sure doesn’t! The buttons are all in the right place and the shoulders are nice and clicky, while the triggers resist just enough to feel like you can slowly pull them back. That’s all for naught compared to the coolest feature of this controller: Hot-swappable digital pad! The analog sticks are perfectly fine, but the D-pad is a dream. You can swap out the standard plus-sign with a “pro controller” type multi-directional disk easily due to it being magnetic. You heard me, it clicks on with MAGNETS (how do they work?). Both options are actually quite weighty as they’re made of metal, not plastic. Now, there are some minor issues, like the non-replaceable battery situation, as well as the fact that it requires a dongle (heh, “dongle”) to operate with your PC rather than just a built-in Bluetooth, but that’s pretty minor so far. That said, they shouldn’t discourage you from grabbing this well-built controller that easily competes with its first-party version!

Just what I was looking for!
New purchase but so far I’m really liking it. I was using an old 360 wired controller and started looking for wireless options. Most brands have gone for the Xbox one style controller so this one really stood out to me, and it feels great for what I wanted. So far its been great. Easy to connect to my pc, zero latency issues, and I like the option of switching out the dpad. Haven’t had any issues with the battery charge. Just hook it up when you’re not gaming and you should be good. Surprisingly the plastic doesn’t seem too poor quality. For the price you can’t beat it. Whenever this thing goes out I’ll have to pick up another one. If you’re on the fence I’d say get it!

Two Died Within Days
I ordered this because of the normally reliability of MSI products. It worked great for a couple of days, but when the battery got low I plugged it in with the cable it came with to charge it overnight and when I came back in the morning it was not only dead, but would not work anymore. No matter of charging it in different devices and methods would work. The overnight charge somehow killed the battery.I decided that it was likely a fluke, because MSI products are normally reliable and so I returned it for another of the exact same model. When I got it the battery wasn’t charged much so I used the controller once and then had to plug it in to continue using it. Would you know that the exact same thing happened. After plugging it into the laptop with the cable they provided to charge it. I came back and the controller was completely dead again with now way to charge it.Now it is no longer a fluke, but a pattern. I am returning the second controller as well and buying a different brand now. Disappointed, because I would rather support this company than a random one from China, but it is what it is.

Great controller for the money.
1 month review. This controller is used mostly on PC but some times on my Atari 400 mini. Overall this feels alittle cheap but it is holding up great. Battery life seems to be very good as well. After 14 hours of game play, it looks like its still nearly fully charged. Very responsive, I dont feel any reaction delays, and the magnetic D pad is a nice fidget toy. Most of my game play is racing on my pc, then just simple Atari games on the Mini 400. For the money this is a great controller and I am planning on getting a couple more later on for my kids to use on their computers.

My first gaming controller, love it! (7 months owner)
I bought this in july of 2024, and I used it with my first gaming laptop, oh god, I haven’t touched a controller since PS1 days, and I could tell.It took me a good while to get used to the controller in my big skinny hands, but it was great!I changed the left stick for the flat wheel thingy, and it is a beautiful thing let me tell you, its way more precise and easy to click with my thumb.I haven’t used wireless yet since I like having the cable like old times, but it is very responsive and works perfectly for me. All games I’ve played recognized it right away, so I have had no issues with it.For a budget controller, I recommend this MSI Force GC30V2 !

Good at first
They work great for a few months, then something goes up, at least that’s my experience. My first one, the left stick went up. The second one, the ‘A’ button went bad on me.MSI stuff has always been good to me, other than the 2 pads I bought. They’re inexpensive, so I’m not mad… I am disappointed, though.

It’s decent, worked wireless no lag, just plug the USB into laptop and it connects fine. Makes gaming better and the prices wasn’t bad ether. I’ve made the mistake buying other brands. Size is no different than a Xbox controller.
