Screen burn in less than 10 days
Compared to other projectors at the same price point and others I have owned in the past I assumed that this one would at least perform to the level I have owned in the past. Unfortunately, this one did not last even 10 days. For one, the software was much slower than I have had on other models using the same OS where this one would take the longest time to connect to the Internet and once it did it would randomly disconnect and cause pausing during streaming.The speaker on the unit is also very tinny. Unless you are sitting directly behind it, and even then, it sounds a bit hollow so you will have to use with external speakers to get the most out of it as most media will be harsh to listen to when you can turn it up loud enough to hear the audio to begin with.The reason for my review that is unforgiveable is that within 10 days of ownership there is already screen burn on the lens. This is why I had to return the unit and get a refund and find a replacement.

Wrong power cord…but hoping that the seller’s CS will be able to help. (Updated)
Update:I heard back from the tech support within 24 hours after sending them email (the address on the product page works, contra what an earlier review indicated–the seller seems to have taken care of this since) and the proper power cord came in the mail 3 days afterwards. I’m pretty impressed with the projector, especially the way it makes adjustments automatically. Also, the layout of hte hdmi/usb ports is very handy, if you are planning to use the projector for the ceiling. I am very happy that I didn’t return the projector right after I saw the wrong power cord.Original Review:For now, I’ve run into the same problem as several others–wrong power cord. Normally, this would be a one star review in light of that issue (which it is at the moment), but a couple of reviewers also noted that the CS was quite proactive and helpful, so I’m hoping htat I’ll e able to revise the review in not too distant future. FWIW, the product does seem very nice (without being able to turn it on, obviously), but, fortunately, I don’t have time issues, although getting in touch with the company’s CS is a bit irksome…

Focus stopped working but seller is very helpful with replacing or refunding.
Updated Review: After working with and communicating with the seller, I was able to obtain the option for a full refund or replacement of the broken projector.The process dealing with them was honestly one of the best I’ve had through purchases on Amazon. I would now say if you are to have an issue with your projector, reach out to them directly. The only good thing is how bright it is
It’s super bright, and with the built in handle you can adjust the angle easy enough (without needing a separate mount) but that’s the only Pro.Cons: Very Loud, picture settings don’t work so can’t adjust image, No other apps besides Netflix Prime and few other weird ones I don’t dare click on, Unable to cast/mirror onto it, No sleep timer? So afraid to let it run if I can’t set it to auto turn off
