Easy to install
Best of all NO C wire needed! Great price for DIY. Easy to control temperature from your phone even when youâre not home. The app is easy to understand and helps walk you through the installation. Works excellent. This is my second one I have installed in my fixer upper 110 year old home.

Google’s customer service agents have no clue what I’m talking about.
I have a 2-pipe Trane branded fan coil unit which is pretty common in NYC apartment. Google’s customer service agents have no clue what I’m talking about and cannot give me a straight answer on whether it works or not. After digging through lots of diagrams and documents, I finally figured it out myself. Not only does it work with my system, it is actually compatible with the multi-speed fan system. Also, by re-programming Trane’s control board, I was able to lower the overall 3-speed fan system by 25%, which makes the lowest fan speed almost completely inaudible. Perfect for night time cooling/heating now since the previous lowest fan is still too powerful and loud.
