A Fantastic Upgrade â Nintendo Really Got It Right
Picked up the Switch 2 with the Mario Kart World bundle and itâs a solid leap forward. The display is brighter and more detailed, which makes portable gaming a lot more enjoyable. Everything moves fasterâmenus, loading screens, even multiplayer feels snappier. The bundle is surprisingly priced well considering it includes a full game. Mario Kart World adds some nice variety with new racers and tracks. The hardware feels more refined, and battery life has definitely improved. For anyone on the fence, this version fixes a lot of the small annoyances of the original. It just feels more modern without overcomplicating what worked.

Awesome Upgrade for the Right Price
Iâve been waiting to see what the next version of the Switch would bring, and Iâve got to say, this new Nintendo Switch 2 totally deliversâespecially with the Mario Kart World bundle. The screen is noticeably bigger and sharper, which makes a huge difference when youâre playing handheld. Colors pop more, everything feels more responsive, and the build just feels a bit more solid compared to the original. Honestly, it just looks and runs better all around. What really surprised me was the price. For what you’re gettingâa new console and a full gameâit actually feels like a great deal. I expected something way more expensive, so I was happy to see it priced right.Mario Kart World is also a blast. It keeps the fun energy of the classic Mario Kart but adds some cool new tracks and characters that I didnât know I needed. The gameplay is buttery smooth on this newer hardware, and loading times are super fast. Iâve been using it mostly handheld, but even docked, the visuals look cleaner than before. If youâre upgrading from the original Switch or just getting into the Nintendo world, this bundle is an awesome place to start.

My item came unsealed/used in the box. I was under the assumption that this was a brand new switch. Which is was not. It was used and repackaged. Nothing appears wrong with the switch at this moment in time but I wouldâve never purchased it if I new it was going to be used.

Really good bundle, but it makes you download MK World at home
This made a really good anniversary gift. You save 30 bucks on MK World (don’t get me started on switch 2 game prices).The Switch 2 will connect to your Nintendo profile and download all the old games off your Switch 1 if you have it, which is nice.The console is definitely a beloved upgrade for the recipient. Much better handheld screen. The joycons are magnetic snaps now, which we actually don’t prefer (we have kids and they can pinch hands). However, Switch 1 controllers are fully compatible (except they can’t wake up the Switch 2 with the home button).Speaking of, that’s my only complaint. Rather than having Mario Kart World as a cartridge or pre-installed, it makes you download it, so it takes a while to actually get up and playing. That’s silly, especially since it might try to queue your old Switch 1 games over it.

Waitlist worked and S1 games w/ FR and resolution upgrades, don’t worry about factory seal
**Mine wasn’t sealed on arrival. Quick Google search shows most Switch 2 do not have a factory seal. But if someone had used the console before, you wouldn’t get Mario World on first login so I’m sure it was new.Received through the waitlist/ invite Amazon. Had 22 hours to buy the bundle. Received in a remote mountain town in Colorado 48 hours later over a weekend. I could not be more happier with this purchase. The performance upgrade over the Switch 1 means playing some older titles that ran like junk, Pokemon Scarlet, actually enjoyable. Only knocks so far is the very short USB-C power cable but I have a million of those laying around. Screen seems delicate too, so buying a glass screen protector.
