I bought these, and have given 3 other people them as gifts, because we all travel and these work great to go on the see in front of you, you fold them and slip them in open slots, and they hang right in front of your face so you don’t have to look down and you can watch your stuff on your phone vs. the same old movies they’re always playing on the plane. EDIT: The company reached out to me and offered a refund. Because I had already returned them, I did not reply. A couple weeks later, replacements arrived on my doorstep and both stands are perfect.The company did not mention or ask that I change my review. Changing my rating to five stars and adding this edit to commend the company for going out of their way to provide excellent customer service and for ensuring that a great product was eventually received.Would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.ORIGINAL REVIEW:This is my second time purchasing these stands. The stands from the first 2-pack I purchased were excellent. When they went on sale, I picked up another 2-pack to give as gifts.Unfortunately, the pink stand in this set is defective. The main lower hinge is loose so it wonât stay in place. When anything is placed on the stand, the stand slides downwards until it comes to rest on the surface the stand is on.I wish there were a way to tighten the hinge. The other stand in the 2-pack is perfect. Still deciding whether itâs worth the hassle to return them given that they were a great price for the set of two.Will look at other stands the next time I need to purchase one.
