DO NOT BUY
I bought it under the assumption that this was a microsoft software and that I would be able to use it compatible with microsoft word, however, it will not let me open/edit/convert microsoft word documents in the documents app. It tells me my microsoft is not active and won’t let me do my school work because when I download them, it is all in the microsoft word format. I am NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE AND WOULD LIKE A COMPLETE REFUND. DELETE IT FROM MY ACCOUNT, I DON’T CARE. It wants me to purchase microsoft office 365 in addition to this program to be able to do these things and I could have bought the 365 to begin with and it would work. THIS WAS A WASTE OF MONEY AND I WANT A REFUND.

You will have to download software from its website. Will have some minor limitations of advanced functions compared to Microsoft but to the common user is not noticed. Add to that, a good PDF editor this makes a.very functional package. Nice mail utility that works great with Google account and no problems sending emails from other utilities. Also for someone on a budget, $100 for a lifetime subscription (verified) compared to Microsoft’s one year subscription for for the same price is a no brainer. Had no problems installing on my Windows 10 laptop and I deleted the pre-installed Microsoft office junk.

good product works well their activation and support are iffy
Product works great once you get through the initial setup and until there is a problem as some software upgrades or my case a hard drive failure. The issue is you cant reactivate the original card code, it defaults to that is a used code. The support is hard to find and you have to wait days for a response. In the end they did send me through a multistep process and reactivated by account. I cant tell you how it even happened, my guess is they setup me up as a direct purchase with a direct login ?? So with patience it did work out

Not Really What I wanted…This is Not a MicroSoft Product.
I thought this was a license for Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel. What I should have paid attention to was the description that it was “compatible with” and it was from the “Cloud.” These pieces of software are not as robust as the actual Microsoft products, and I could have gotten similar products cheaper through the Microsoft apps page!!! While the software is like the Microsoft Office product, it is not the same and is more difficult to use/save and restore documents in an easily retrievable way. There is no contact number for the help desk or technical support. I do not recommend this product. Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware).

Customer service is excellent!
I am a spread sheet fanatic! I create them for home use constantly. I was having some problems with the software. I called customer service on two occasions. Lucky for me, Tod Tangonan answered both calls. He did not just resolve my problems, but did so in such a friendly manner! He was easy to talk with, easy to understand and again, I repeat, very friendly! And he knows his stuff!! Thank you Tod!!

Not the same as Office 360
I thought I would save money by having this lifetime license instead of renewing Office 360 yearly… I was wrong. This will do all of your basic things, but it does not offer all the features of Office 360. The menu’s and ribbon is completely different. Very basic.

Type de licence Abonnement Clé. Origine Clé D’Abonnement. J’utilise déjà StokageMobil pour mes fichiers et Je ne veux vraiment pas les perdre. Quand Je veux entrer la clé(quatre lettres-quatre lettres) On M’indique une erreur! Votre clé d’activation a déjà été utilisée. Est-ce normal?

I know it was my fault for not reading the whole description…. the way this was being advertised and priced should be illegal! I gifted this to my wife, thinking it is a ” True Microsoft office ” Product.. it is not! please be aware of it! this item may not be eligible for return. I thought maybe I should give it a month and see if it can actually be an alternative, but it is very limited! from tools, creating and document editing power is very lacking. please don’t be fooled like I did! but I will try and return it. hopefully I get my money back and buy the real one this time.

I am not the best with tech but the packaging was so similar to windows office, that’s what I thought I was buying. It installed slowly but then wouldn’t open. Returned it and uninstalled it … never used it as it wouldn’t open. Got a full refund and then bought Windows Office which is great. And before anyone thinks I had installed it wrongly, I had it installed by a professional who also said it was not easy to do. He also then couldn’t open it!It may have been a one off but I installed Windows myself and it works perfectly.
