What is the replacement policy?

Works great for daily rides!
Iâm about 175 lbs and live in a pretty hilly area, so this e-bike definitely got a workout. On the first ride, I relied mostly on throttle and PAS levels 3 and 4 to get up some steep inclines. Over about 8 miles, the battery went from 75% to 50%, which felt reasonable given the terrain. Iâve been using it for my daily commute, usually around 22 to 25 miles, over time, Iâve gotten better at managing battery use. These days, I can cover about 11 miles using just around 20%, depending on how I switch between PAS levels and gear settings. If you mix in some pedaling and stay in the lower assist levels, you can definitely get more distance out of a single charge, plus a bit of exercise along the way.Pros:800W Motor Dominates Hills: It handles hills just fine, even when Iâve got the basket full.Removable Battery: I charge it inside without any hassle, once I got the hang of riding smart, the battery started lasting way longer than I thought.7-Speed Flexibility: perfect for switching resistance when the road changes.Solid Build: Frame feels sturdy, and the horn/headlight add safety (though see cons below).Minor Annoyances (DIY Fixable):Brake Disc Rub: My front brake disc had slight warping . I just grabbed a hex key and got it straightened out in a few minutes. All good now.Wishlist for the Brand:Offer spare batteries and fenders.Final ThoughtsFor the price, this e-bike is a nice pick. Itâs made my uphill commute way more manageable and kind of fun, too. I still get some movement in, but the assist helps take the edge off the steeper parts. There are a couple small things I adjusted with basic tools, but nothing major. The motor and ride feel strong, especially for this price range. If you live in a hilly spot or just want a simple way to get around without a car, this setup works well. Iâm planning to grab a second battery once itâs available. More range would definitely come in handy.

Great Value and Perfect for Beginners
The OTD eBike is an excellent entry-level electric mountain bike that offers great value for its price. It’s a perfect choice for beginners looking to get into mountain biking or anyone who wants a comfortable ride on easy to moderate trails.On pedal assist (speed 2), the bike easily delivers over 60 miles of range, which is impressive for casual trail rides or longer weekend adventures. When using throttle only, you can expect around 25 to 30 miles on mostly flat terrain with minor hills, and it holds a solid top speed of 28 mph. Pedaling feels natural and comfortable at around 16 mph, making it a smooth ride for general use.The ride is very comfortable, especially on smoother trails and moderate terrain. However, I would NOT RECOMMEND this bike for hard or expert trails. It lacks the advanced components and build quality needed for technical or aggressive riding. Stick to green and blue trails, and itâll perform beautifully.For the price, the OTD eBike is a solid performer. Itâs reliable, comfortable, and beginner-friendly with good range and speed for light to moderate use. If youâre new to mountain biking or just want an eBike for casual trail rides, this is a great choice.

Best E-bike for the value!!!!
This e-bike really surprised me with its sustainability and quality, really a game changer!After doing ton of research on getting a e-bike for my commute, I finally decided on this OTD electric bike.Sure there are cheaper options out there, but most of them only have a range of around 20 miles. However, this bike can ride up to 43 miles! As someone whodon’t like to charge frequently, this one definitely caught my eye with it’s riding range.I also prioritize long lasting capabilities and safety of the battery. The last thing I want is to be stuck somewhere with my e-bike that ran out of power. With OTD, I can get the peach of mind that I will always have enough juice to go places.It is super convenient for my daily commute and also good looking and can go pretty fast as you desire. It came with a bunch of cool gadgets that I found really helpful, like the phone holder and headlights.Overall, highly recommend!

Awesome bike great customer service
Got the bike put together looks good feels high-quality When I plugged it in it showed an E 10 error but the bike still drives well just has no speedometer or odometer And will power down on its own after 30 minutes or so. The bike would Power back on immediately when I pushed the power button again .I messaged customer service and they had a new screen display out to me very quickly and that solved all the issues.The bike is very fast and sturdy I would give it five stars but it said it had aluminum frame and it has a steel frame still pretty lightweight. I weigh 220 pounds and the bike still reaches 28 mph . I rode 20 miles on throttle only and still had 3 bars of battery and 47 volts on display. The kickstand is mounted close to the pedals my foot hit before I modified it by using one hole and a cable tie.I am very happy with his bike and would buy another one. Great customer service.

50 miles in at the time of this review and no issues.It came in nicely and tightly packed. Assembly was very easy which came with instructions. The bike is expectedly heavy but runs smoothly. My son and I never expected to have so much fun with it!The fact that it looks more of a Mountain Bike than the typical high-powered fat tire eBike which has unfortunately gained a negative reputation in our city was one of the reasons we purchased this as a daily commuter for my child to school.Support is also VERY responsive. Kudos!I highly recommend this and will likely purchase another unit in the near future. ðð¼ðð¼
