GREAT CHAIR AND REASONABLY PRICED
Got this wonderful office chair today to replace an approximately 7- 8yr. old Serta office chair that I purchased from Office Depot in 2018. The recline option was no longer working but other than that, the chair leather was still almost like new. But because of the “waterfall-like slope” of the front part of their cushion, I found myself always starting to slip off of same.GOOD POINTS: This Outfine chair is fantastic, with a very comfortable seat cushion, a well-designed backrest and, most importantly, the front part of the nice leather (?) cushion has a wonderful thigh-type elevation that keeps you from sliding forward…NICE! The instruction manual was well-written and all the parts were nicely packaged. It was fairly easy to put together, but using the included Allen Wrench was a bit difficult if your manual dexterity is waning. Got out my nice “Metwrinch” tool set and things progressed much faster and easier. The chair materials seem very solid.BAD POINTS: No Mfg. info in Instr. manual on what model ” this item is and Outfine makes several units. No detailed warranty info or how to contact the Mfg. No instructions on how best to take care of the leather or leather-like material. Unfortunately, I find these missing details are more and more prevalent at Amazon these days.

Very Nice Office Chair for The Money
Really nice chair. My 5-year-old office chair lost most of its cushioning, so it was time to buy a new one. This one stood out because I prefer seats with a higher leg support, which this has. The chair took about 25 minutes to assemble. All the parts lined up and screws went in easy enough. The lower back support is firm, so it should help to keep me properly upright. Butt sits securely in the seat. Cushioning is pretty thick. The lift bar works well. Wheels are fine. The material is a leather-like vinyl or plastic. Has a nice soft touch. For me, the armrests are an inch or two lower than I like but really not much to complain about. I’m 5’11” 260lbs. So far, the office chair meets my expectations at a good price.

Excellent chair, but uneven padding
Once I assembled this chair and tried it out, it confirmed my suspicion that its elegant, multi-layered design made the chair more suitable as an automotive seat than an office chair. To obtain that bolstered, sports car look, the chair is designed with extra padding under the knees and behind the head where its less necessary, and minimal padding where it’s actually needed most; toward the rear of the seat where it bears the most body weight and the lumbar section along the lower back. As is, this imbalance forces my 5′ 10″ frame into a knees-up, head-down position.I can see why they designed it this way, it looks fantastic, but support suffers. In fact, I was prepared to return the chair, but after living with it for a few days I realized that every other attribute was excellent – a solid feel overall, deep seat depth, firm padding, beautiful contrasting stitching, quiet, smooth rotation and tilt, great quality leatherette material for the price, excellent engineering with parts that fit together perfectly. They even included a full-size, t-shaped Allen wrench to speed the assembly process. You could tell this manufacturer really did their homework with this chair.Which is why in the end, I rated it a four yet decided to keep it. A flatter, less exciting design would have made this a much better chair. But after adding a couple of small pads to fill the shallow center areas, I now have a well-made office chair at a great price that feels comfortable and should last a long time.

Nice Looking Office Chair
It was so easy to assemble. It’s comfortable and feels well made, so I expect it to last a long time. It’s definitely a nice looking chair and looks great with my black desk. It’s practically impossible to find a real leather desk chair these days, so this one will have to do. For the price, I’m happy with it.

Really nice chair
I have a bad hip & my son brought me out his office chair to sit on during a family event. I was so impressed with it that I bought one of my own when I could.This chair is beautifully made. It doesn’t look cheap at all. The materials feel like quality & it’s all nice & cushy. When you sit down, you’re like, “oh, this is nice!”After getting my own & sitting back in it for a few hrs, I realized that the chair is a bit too big for me. I’m a tiny woman & bought the regular sized chair. The back rest is for someone taller than me, which is gonna be great for most people. My son is about 6′ tall and it’s very comfortable for him.For me, it gave me a backache because I sunk too far into the back of the chair — so I bought a nice cushion for the back of the chair & it’s a lot more comfortable for my size now. My feet still don’t quite touch the floor, even tho the seat is down all the way.Another issue with the chair being a little too big for me is that I have to push really hard to rock the chair back & I can’t keep it back. Again, this is a problem that a bigger person will not have. #LittleBirdLadyProblems ðIf you’re regular height, this chair will be a terrific choice for you. I’m about 5’2” for reference, so if you’re in the neighborhood of my size, you probably want to look for a smaller chair for the above reasons & you don’t want your feet swinging like kindergartener lol. I use a little bench under my desk to put my feet on.That said, I have no regrets buying this chair. It’s really nice. And obviously, I got to sit in it before I ever bought it and liked it enough to spend this amount of money on it 🙂
