Beautiful and Comfy
Had this chair for a few months now and I’d say it’s very comfortable. It’s my office chair and I work remote so I use it almost daily and it still looks brand new. I like the Eames look to it. It’s quite wide for me, meaning it can also accommodate larger people. The chair has very thick but squishy padding and it isn’t ergonomic but I purchased it more for the look, and I like that due to my size (I’m average, 5’7 with short legs) I can sit upright and not rest against the back of it to strengthen my back and core while working, or fully crawl into it. The first time I leaned back I thought I was going to fall backwards, it tilts back very far, keep that in mind if that’s a problem for you.

Looks great but….
The chair looks great and the seat is as comfy as it looks and assembling it is easy. Unfortunately the back isn’t all that comfy especially the headrest. It’s really stiff and pretty much forces you to sit upright. This wouldn’t be so bad if it let you tilt and lock it in place depending on your preference. For a chair that’s on average $200 that’s a basic feature I feel it should have. Honestly I’d rate it 3.5 stars but I’ll give it a chance.

Falling apart after 1 day
First of all they sent me a chair that had clearly been used and returned. The box was falling apart and all of the pieces were wrapped in different bubble wrap and shoved in there haphazardly. Even worse it arrived without the assembly instructions! They did eventually send me a pdf of the instructions, but it was not fun to have it sitting in this huge box in my office for days.The chair had been used clearly because there were little sticky spots on the seat. It looked like someone had spilled a few dribbles of coffee on it. In fairness I should note that they wiped right off, so the faux leather is of good quality. There’s no mistaking it from actual leather, but it does feel better than the cheap vinyl stuff.What’s really ticked me off though is after sitting in it for less than a day one of the buttons on the seat popped out and I can’t see how I’m going to fix it. I should note that I am 215 lbs so I didn’t put any excessive force on the chair.The prospect of now having to disassemble this thing, repackage it, and haul it to Amazon’s oversized item return is daunting. I’m really not happy with this experience.

Good and bad points
First, the chair was delivered ahead of time. So that’s a plus. It was mildly easy to put together. I think their description says it can be put together in 20 minutes. From the time I started to open the box and finished, it more more like an hour. The 5 legs came disassembled, while their video make it appear they come preassembled. Once assembled, the chair looks great. But it’s not that comfortable because it’s rather high(even in its lowest setting), and I’m 6 ft tall, and the shoulder pad is too low for me. Hits me in the wrong places. The angle adjustment is a little too upright. Maybe after using it for a while, my body will adjust, and it’ll be more comfortable. Also the chair rollers don’t roll easily over carpet. That’s the big drawback to getting an office chair online. You just don’t know how it’s going to fit.

I love this chair. It’s super comfortable and my posture is so much better in it. It was worth the investment and it looks so nice and expensive. It wasn’t too hard to put together either. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful! Bought two for our shared home office. I’m 5’2 and husband is 5’11 and we both find them very comfy. Supports lower back and I’m short enough to use head rest. Easy assembly. Material is beautiful, I’m hoping it holds up and does not crack.
