It’s not a Boom Box set up from the 1980’s, so don’t expect it to be!
When I first received this mini player/radio I was pleased. It is the right size for a shelf I will put it on in my office. I put it together (simple) and then turned it on to play the radio and check the sound and how it operates. It didn’t bring in very many stations, but I hadn’t stretched out the wire antenna, so I decided to play a CD. Once I figured out how to set it up to play a CD it played it very well and the sound was rather good sounding. Later on I was talking on the phone with a friend and just turned it off during my phone call. I turned it back on later and it didn’t sound good at all. Now, I am not sure it it was me because I haven’t learned how to set it yet, but I did turn it off and back on and it came on playing the CD and sounded good like it did before. It may have been imn radio mode when I first turned it back on. It seems to be a good player, the size is perfect for my shelf area and I haven’t gotten around to checking the Bluetooth connection yet. Seems like it’s going to be a nice player. It’s not like super duper make you deaf at a party loud, but it’s good enough.

Good Sound, CD Collection Re-born
Purchased to replace my once grand, and now very outdated component stereo system. I have an extensive CD collection that I basically could not listen to anymore. I chose this system to hopefully be able to breathe life into my old collection. I’m very happy with this system. Sound quality is good. If you need to feel your music to experience it, this might not be the system for you. If you want to have a clear and quality playback this does the job. I have an open floor plan and this does carry enough volume to be heard throughout the house. It’s a great compact size and the speakers blend into decor with ease. I like it and feel satisfied with the purchase.

Received it after the holidays. Was able to set it up today. Seems quite okay, very neat for the space I had it on. Easy to operate. Now there’ll be other sounds in the apartment.

Stopped working 2 weeks after return window
I had the stereo for 2 weeks past the return window and it stopped working

Good Stereo
Basic design and standard sound quality, but long-lasting and easy to set up. One very infuriating flaw– at least with the one I got– is the slightly faulty remote; if I try to turn the volume down, it’ll jump to a random track on the CD. Overall, not a splendid piece of technology, but not complete junk.
