My monitor shows No Signal then goes into power saving mode. How do I fix this?
There is a shortcut key that allows you to enter the input selection menu, even when the monitor is in Power Saving mode. The key is different for each model, so please consult the manual to find the input selection shortcut key for your monitor.

My boyfriend (the computer savvy one) was skeptical of this brand because he had never heard of them but Iâm always on TikTok and decided to take a chance. He likes the quality and said it was a good purchase on my part and it goes with my PC desk setup. Love the color and really wanted purple as well but i will stick with white or maybe my second screen can be purple then. Great size for me. Good picture quality and brightness. No flickering or anything because i have definitely been checking. This is not the curved on but i wanted to try that one. Good function and fits my need for gaming and work. Also great packaging

Great monitor for your money
Bought back in January and was worried because I saw some people say it went out after a few months, the audio is not great from the monitor itâs self but the picture and fps is amazing. Having it next to a cheap 100$ monitor and next to my 350$ dell monitor it really outshines both of them with color vibrancy. I bought a second one Iâm so impressed 9/10

Okay so I ordered this item 2 times and it finally arrived without any screen damage, and I Can say is that for the price, it is a absolutely amazing affordable white monitor. I will say though that the speakers are not the best on it. Itâs a bit low and everytime it reaches a high pitch it Sounds a bit staticly? If thatâs even a Word, but it might honestly just be like because the first one wasnât like that, but at this point Iâm tired of waiting for a new one so I will just buy speakers. fantastic performance
Iâve been using the Pixio gaming monitor for a few weeks now, and Iâm honestly impressed with the performance and value it offers. The display is sharp and vibrant, with excellent color accuracy right out of the box. The high refresh rate (I got the 200Hz model) makes gameplay feel super smooth, especially in fast-paced shooters and racing games.

I love both of my monitors, i think they’re worth the money. The built in speakers are not good though and you will need an external speaker. Each monitor came with an displayport cable which I wasn’t expecting but I really liked since it meant I didn’t have to go buy any. The picture quality is nice and I don’t honestly think you need more than the full HD. The colours are really nice on displayport (I can’t speak on the colour for HDMI because I haven’t bothered trying HDMI cables). You also wouldn’t fully know that I have the 24″ monitors, they seem a lot bigger than 24″. My friends have comment that they seem like 27″ ones.

Where to even begin. I bought two Pixio monitors for my girlfriends Christmas gift because she works remotely from home and she really loved the pink esthetics. This is our second Pixio monitor broken. Both have failed, I don’t even know why I gave this product another chance.. oh that’s right because thankfully at the time I had free warranty through Amazon in order to get a new one because right out of the box within 3 days of owning it, random lines appeared and then a giant blue line appeared with no image.You should’ve seen the hassle and difficulty I had with Pixio’s customer support. By far the worst customer support service I have ever seen. They make the criteria’s to have any support so specific and difficult in order to increase their chances of not having to feel obliged to help their customers if they can avoid it.The first monitor received that was broken, we thankfully could deal with amazon because it was before the 30 days. So now skip to 4 months later after receiving a replacement. 4 MONTHS.. And same problem appeared. Random lines and eventually turned into a blank white screen with a giant blue line across the monitor. My girlfriend is now stuck with a single monitor in order to do her work which is extremely inconvenient.Because it’s been over 30 days I know i can’t deal with amazon, and with Pixio customers support, if you don’t have the product registered under 30 days, don’t have the ORIGINAL packaging aka box and cardboard inserts, foam inserts and wrapping THEY WILL NOT accept to help you at all and tell you tough luck. Thanks for purchasing our broken product.It’s sad that I can have more trust in a 1990’s dell or hp monitor that to this day would still work reliably meanwhile Pixio can’t seem to make a product worth recommending.

Edit: I received a replacement and it looks beautiful so far, really nice screenThe panel they sent was defective and had vertical green lines even when the monitor wasnât connected to anything. Now I need to wait up to a month to get my money back for something that was completely their fault
