My monitor shows No Signal then goes into power saving mode. How do I fix this?
There is a shortcut key that allows you to enter the input selection menu, even when the monitor is in Power Saving mode. The key is different for each model, so please consult the manual to find the input selection shortcut key for your monitor.
How do I turn off/on my monitor?
There is usually a jog button behind the monitor or a power button along the bottom-bezel of the monitor. While it is off, pressing the button once will turn on the monitor. To turn it off, press and hold the button for about 3-5 seconds.
Where can I find firmware updates for my monitor?

How do I set my resolution or refresh rate?

Great for xbox Series X/S
first of all, i would like to clarify that the version of this monitor i bought was the PX278, so keep that in mind, and what i say may only apply to that specific monitor. I bought this monitor for my xbox series X and it works great! i was able to get 1440p 120fps on my xbox just by turning 120fps on. i saw some reviews where people said they couldn’t get 1440p 120fps on their series X/S, but i believe most of those reviews were people making the mistake of plugging the HDMI cable into the 75HZ port. on the px278, there is a 144HZ port and a 75HZ port, so make sure you plug in into the right one. Also make sure you are using the ultra high speed HDMI cable that comes with next gen consoles, without it you will only get 1080p 60fps. after that, you just have to go to xbox settings and arrange them to get the most out of your xbox. i would assume most of this applies to the PS5 aswell.Now to the quality and picture.The stand that comes with the monitor is made of sturdy metal, and it fits into the monitor very securely ( assuming you use the right size screwdriver), and the monitor itself feels very solid and sturdy. The resolution looks very impressive, especially for the price range, and the 120FPS seems to run very smoothly. The monitor may be a little bright or dark depending on how you play, but you can change the brightness in the settings. you can also change the saturation and contrast of the colors on the screen, so it’s very easy to change it if you don’t like it. And in case anyone was wondering, i don’t believe there are any colorblind settings. i was hesitant to get a 120fps monitor, because i didnt think it would really be much better than 60 fps, but you can tell the difference. you cant tell the difference between 60fps and 120 right away, but once you start playing FPS games or fortnite for a little, you will notice yourself lining up shots much better than before. so while there isn’t necessarily a big visual difference between 60fps and 120fps, it still makes games feel smoother and gives you an advantage.Overall, this is a great monitor, and its great quality, i very much recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap monitor that will let you get the most out of your next gen ( or current gen ) console!

Not losing anything for the pink color!
I’ve been using the monitor for a couple weeks now and I definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice monitor with the bonus of having color options! Typically with colored (and sometimes white) tech products, it always seems to be missing the features and/or quality of their black/gray counterparts (usually with a very high marked up price tag), but here you get good quality for the same price as the black version!Set Up:The monitor came in perfect condition, aside from a scuff or two on the outside box, Monitor is well padded, I wouldn’t worry about it breaking during delivery. While I had bought the matching monitor arm (Pixio PS1S), I did initially set up the monitor with the stand given in the box, it was easy to put on and take off in case you wish to switch to a monitor arm. There was an extra square piece in the box that I couldn’t figure out what it was(?) it looks like a wall mount but I’m unsure and it isn’t listed in any of the manuals provided. It was easy and straightforward to set up, and was easy enough for me (5’2″ woman that needs to go to the gym more) to carry on my own. I would still recommend two people just for safety and avoiding any unnecessary scuffs on the monitor.Performance:The resolution and the refresh rate is a nice improvement from my previous monitor, while I mostly use this for programming, the monitor has performed well when playing games and have seen no major issues. Monitor settings were easy to adjust using the buttons on the bottom, and all the ports were easy to access!Overall:Great monitor and gets the job done! Love the color and works great for cozy gaming and working.

I now have 2! I was nervous picking out a monitor with all the brands available. This was a great value for the money. Other brands charge a terribly high price just for a white monitor with the specs I was looking for. My two are now mounted on hydraulic arms and have been doing really well! I have had no issues with color or refresh rate. It seems to genuinely be great quality. My screen even seems to pick up less dust than my bfâs expensive monitors.

Cutest color, came with faulty displayport cable
I was so excited to find this baby pink monitor for my very first PC build/setup!It’s the cutest color, and I saw that they have other rly cute pastels too, but pink will always have my heart. I just got this about two weeks ago, and was finally able to complete my PC setup a few days ago.Unfortunately, the display port cable that it came with was defective and caused us some confusion and delay in the process. The monitor was able to turn on, but was not able to receive signal/connect to the PC. We had to first test with an HDMI cable, then another display port cable. A little annoying! Currently, I’m using an HDMI cable, but I still want to replace it with a white display port cable since that’s what it came with.Aside from that, the monitor looks so cute and is working fine so far. Great size, esp since I only have one monitor. Built-in speakers aren’t great, but luckily I already had speakers. The stand is pretty basic and works okay. Not height-adjustable, but you can tilt the screen up or down. I guess that’s why they sell the color-matching monitor arms.

Been using this for 2ish months and so far everything is fantastic! I was able to adjust the screen settings to my liking, and everything has been running very smoothly. The colour is beautiful too, bought the Wave Blue version. Canât say anything about the stand as Iâm using the matching colour arm. Both were pretty straightforward to setup. I actually meant to buy the 24in instead of the 27in, but with continued use, Iâve really enjoyed the size of my monitor. I donât regret buying! If anything does happen, I may return to edit this review. Hoping to get the 24in version in the future to have that dual monitor setup ð©µ

This is a pretty good monitor for a brand I had never heard of previously. Doing the UFO ghost test there was zero ghosting. Motion was great, brightness was decent though I found it needed some adjustments. My biggest issues was that I noticed a bit more color shifting than I was expecting from an IPS display – moving my head a few inches to the left of right caused a noticeable color shift. The other issue was the the display itself… there must have been something off with how the screen was added to the frame – the backlight bled through on the sides and was quite splotchy and there was some odd smudging around the edges of the screen that wasn’t wiping off.But honestly, for the price it seems like a solid buy for a 27″ IPS display. I wish they came out with a 1080p, curved 32″ IPS display.

I bought this monitor for my work from home setup after I finally decided to bite the bullet and get one. I love cute things and pink is my favourite colour, so decided to give this one a spin! The display is great, and the monitor is big enough for me to be productive, but no so huge it feels like a TV. I would give this more 4.5 stars because the audio can come off a little distorted (almost like it’s underwater?) but I don’t use it ever for audio, so that doesn’t matter to me. I’m sure it could be fixed with some re-jigging but so far, very happy with this pretty monitor 🙂

J’ai passé pas mal de temps à chercher et à comparer, voir si je pourrais trouver mieux, mais j’ai quand même fini par jeter mon dévolu sur cet écran, et je ne regrette absolument pas. De loin le meilleur rapport qualité/prix pour sa catégorie et vu ce qu’il offre ! Jouer là dessus est un régal pour les yeux, l’image est top.Et le petit plus, la possibilité de l’avoir en blanc, pour ceux qui ont un setup de cette couleur, c’est top.
