Good for the price, but 5V mics are quiet and will have to be amplified in post.
Everything seems pretty good in terms of quality, except maybe the stands. Just so you know ahead of time, the two condenser mics are 5V, and the sound output is very quiet. I have been able to boost the audio in Audacity with the “amplify” setting. The sound is pretty rough, but it’s good enough to get you started, in my opinion.You should be using 48V mics if you want a good, clear sound. There is one 48V output, if you have a 48V mic. You’ll need to buy a special TRS XLR to 3.5mm cable if you want to use it. If you want to use 2 48V mics, you’ll have to buy a 2 channel 48V power source, which you should probably just run through your computer (meaning, this is probably not the right setup for you).Edit: I got in contact with customer support, and they’ve explained everything very well, and even offered to send me special cables for free. They’ve gone above and beyond to help get me up and running. This is my first time using any equipment like this, so there was plenty I didn’t understand. The customer support has been fantastic. Since I know they’ve got the customer’s back, the price is good (all things considered), and knowing that 5V condenser mics are limited, but are to be expected at this price point, I’ll bump this from 4 to 5 stars.

Everything but the ring light
This setup includes two condenser microphones, two mic arms, and a sound arm, which made it convenient to get started with podcasting all in one bundle. It comes with just about everything you might need aside from lighting and possibly headphones. Having two identical mics helps keep audio quality consistent and simplifies settings. That said, it might be more cost-effective to build a kit by selecting individual pieces. I also wish the sound board allowed swapping out the preset sounds for custom options.Iâve only been using it for a short time so far and plan to update this review after more use.

Impressive Value and Features for Two-Person Podcasting
Being able to run a full two-person podcast setup straight out of the box is rare at this price point, but this bundle really delivers. The condenser mics sound clear and professional, and the built-in 48V phantom power ensures theyâre running at full potential. The mixer is simple to use but surprisingly capable, with fun voice-changing options and customizable sound effects that add personality to streams or recordings. Everything you need is included, from the boom arms to the cables, and the plug-and-play compatibility made setup quick on both PC and smartphone. It’s an excellent entry-level kit with room to grow, ideal for streaming, interviews, or collaborative content creation. Great functional design, I highly recommend this.

Good for podcasting and general voice recording
I have been playing with the idea of podcasting and wanted to give this equipment bundle a try. I am impressed with the quality and number of items included, especially the mixer. I have set aside my interest in podcasting but I am using this equipment to record lectures for my online classes and that has worked much better than recording them on my smartphone. I can even add musical backgrounds, intros and outros with adequate quality, though not on a par with the voice recording. There is a short learning curve when trying to get everything to work well, such as the mixer if you’re not familiar with the settings. There are some helpful YouTube videos to help with meeting those challenges. I have been having fun with this equipment though I doubt if I will be a master podcaster.

Great starter kit for podcasting!
This is an amazing starter kit for new podcasters! Me and my buddies are considering starting a podcast and when I saw this kit I knew we had to try it out! It comes with just about everything you may need to get off the ground! Pretty straight forward to setup and use. The sound board may be tricky for some newer people but it labels just about everything that should go in each plug. Great value for money with this starter kit and you get everything you need for a good price! Works really well and I love that I didnât have to order a bunch of individual parts and this has everything other than a laptop or pc to get started!!

Great Starter Set for Podcasts!
This right here, comes with a lot of components that you may need to get immediately started rightaway when it comes to your podcast or broadcast syndication. Now being more so a creator on myend of things, I can’t exactly tell you too much of the specifications or pros that come along with theDJ mixer. However, the mics and quality of all the pieces and components that come along with thisare really good, including how great the microphones look, while also having that portion that allowsyou to put them on the end of a table, with the clamps that They have as well, and the adjustabilityand just looking very nice all around. The recording quality is absolutely beautiful, and I’m assumingthat the mixing board is also great for the fact that it does make somewhat of a di erence comparedto our previous episodes making this just a really great starter set for anyone getting on their journey,or for even someone that’s already been on their journey. This is just a really amazing set, thank you.

Fun to play with, and useable for sure. Good starter equipment
Has some issues, and you can tell where theyâve cut cost, but they delivered incredible value. The pitch controls are reversed for some reason, and the volume going into the included headphones is very quiet, even with volume turned up. Iâd imagine itâs because youâre trying to run it through like 10 feet of thin headphone cable, or the included headphones are just not that great. The sound effects donât seem to have anything that adjusts their volume, so if you have your other levels set kinda low itâll be abruptly loud to use the sound effects. The main control unit overall is really good, the included microphones are not. The included stands and pop filters are not. I expected that, and Iâm glad that if they had to cut corners somewhere, itâs for the easily swappable components. The microphones have cheap boards and only two leads going into the XLR connection instead of three, but otherwise they do the job.
