Can my phone still be magnetically charged normally with a case on it?
Only magnetic phone cases can be used for wireless magnetic charging, and the thickness of the phone case cannot exceed 2MM. It’s NOT compatible with non-magnetic cases, such as the OtterBox Defender case.
Is it normal for the battery to heat up when charging?
When the portable charger is charging or discharging, some heat may be generated due to energy loss during transmission. This is a normal occurrence.
Is any power adapter able to charge the magsafe power bank?
For best results, use a power adapter with at least 12W output (not included).

Great Value!
Iâve been using this MagSafe charger for a few months now and itâs been great. It gives me about one full phone charge from empty to 100%, which is perfect for evenings out or when I donât want to carry extra cables. The convenience of snapping it onto the back of my phone without plugging anything in is hard to beat.Itâs not bulky at all â it fits in my pocket comfortably and is about the same width as my iPhone 13 in its case (maybe just a little wider). Iâve dropped it multiple times and itâs held up without any issues, so the build quality feels solid.Like all wireless chargers, it does get warm while charging, but thatâs expected and hasnât caused any problems. Just make sure your phone and case are MagSafe-compatible, and it sticks firmly in place.Overall, compact, reliable, and super convenient â exactly what I was hoping for in a portable charger.

Great product.
This is such a great product for the price. It charges my phone to 100% and it stops charging at 100% so it conserves the charger pack battery life. I will say when the battery pack is connected to the phone it does put off a good deal of heat. But nothing too extreme. The magnetic power is really good it stays put on my phone. Itâs small and doesnât add too much weight or thickness to my phone, I am still able to put it in my back pocket. I love how they have so many color options.

This charger is not only small but latches onto your mag safe compatible phone case and fast charges it. Has saved me several times. Small and thin enough to still hold your phone while it chargers or can slip in your pocket. Does get warm while charging and recharges phone faster if youâre not using the phone during that time. It does however take a while to recharge back up but completely worth it. Bought one then another for my girlfriend.

Works fine in a pinch…
Small and compact charger that works well. It runs pretty warms when charging the phone. Only 5000 mah but that’s enough to completely charge my Samsung Z Fold 7 in a pinch. Quality of build seems okay. Takes several hours to charge up but I only use this magsafe in a pinch. It’s NOT the primary way I charge my phone. I prefer wired charging but as stated,this will do the job when really needed an alternative charger when a plug isn’t available. Very light weight. Compatible with all my Samsung devices with magsafe cases.

Good small backup battery!
Edit: the first unit I received was defective and overheated. Customer service graciously reached out to replace the first unit.This works well! After having trouble with my first unit I watched my phone and the charger closely while using it and am happy to report that it charged my phone (pretty quickly for it being wireless) without either the phone or charger overheating! Itâs small enough that I can easily keep it in my little crossbody bag and pull it out as needed throughout the day.

Slim, compact and good to have around.
This charger is pretty good. It will give you 1.5 + charges and is great for travel, as it’s slim and fits in your pocket, purse, or backpack. I do have to say something about the seller, though; they are top-notch. The first one I received was not charging, and they immediately sent me out another one.
