These are freaking perfect.I bought this (two of them actually) for his birthday. He loves them. Connection is great. They feel good in the hands, the grip is perfect. Easy to use. Theyâre really nice. Color changing is cool too. The only thing we havenât tried yet.. I donât know if it does motion.. how some switch games require you to move the switch or the joy cons to toss something.. we havenât played anything that requires that yet so we donât know if they do that.. but everything else about them is perfect.

Bought this because the ZL trigger on my Switchâs original controller went out, which made playing Metroid Dread a nightmare. The PowerA controller was great for about 6 days of play; itâs comfortable to hold and has an intuitive button layout, and I really liked the programmable buttons on the back. But today it just randomly stopped working in the middle of a game. The LEDs shut off, and no inputs were registering except for the left joystick. My Switch didnât prompt me to reconnect the controller like it would if the battery died, so I decided to restart my console hoping it was just a connectivity issue. Now it doesnât do anything at all. Iâve had it plugged in for over an hour now hoping a charge would fix it, but it wonât do anything. The indicator light doesnât even light up when I plug it in. Donât waste your money on this garbage.

Not As Good as Advertised
I bought this back in January and it has not been working AT ALL since March I believe. It started by lagging in every game I played on the switch and then it just stopped working.I contacted customer service and they have made it nearly impossible to get a solution even after sending receipts and pictures of the Order and the controller.For a store that claims quality and resolution this is completely BS. They offer a lot of words except a solution.

Bought this as I was interested in using a true controller instead of joy cons. It’s amazing how comfortable it feels and I love the RGB lighting on it to. Just need to figure how to make it glow like a rainbow but otherwise this is a great controller.
