Does Thermacup turn off automatically?
Yes, Thermacup turns off when it detects no liquid or the battery is depleted. Thermacup will automatically return to previous setting when liquid is added, or the mug is re-charged.
Can I leave my mug on the charger overnight?
Yes! It’s perfectly safe to store your mug on the coaster so that it maintains a full charge. The mug will automatically go into stand-by mode and be ready for you to pour liquid in the next day.
How do I turn it off?
You may turn the mug off entirely for travel or storage by pressing and holding the power button. If the mug has been turned off, you will need to make sure it’s charged, and press the power button to turn on before next use.
Can I put Thermacup in the microwave or dishwasher?
Thermacup has a built-in battery and stainless steel construction, so is not made for the microwave or dishwasher. Please make sure to hand wash only.

Keeps your coffee, hot, hot, hot!
It works,,,altho I loved my Ember cup , after three years, the rubber on the bottom of the cup, fell off and no longer worked. I tried a cheaper cup. but , had to send it back.. Then I ordered this one about $40 cheaper than the ember, and it works perfect it even has a lid on the top. It keeps the coffee hot for hours.. It even came with an extra ring if the ring wore out. So glad I have hot coffee again.!

We were so impressed with this product that we ordered another! We purchased this product for a relative – and we liked it better than the two similar mugs that we already had. Be aware that the heating element is embedded within the mug itself; the platform under the mug as shown in the Amazon illustration is for charging only. The mug has five temperature settings in 10F degree increments: 110F, 120F, 130F, 140F and 150F. The mug heating element shuts off when the battery level or the fluid level is too low. It does take a while to fully charge the mug, but it does seem to have a reasonable battery life. One of the nicest features of this particular product that places it above many competitors, is the clear tactile feedback it provides when you are selecting the mug settings. No issues with inadvertently changing settings or even turning the mug off due to an overly sensitive touch control button. It is a real pleasure to have your morning (or anytime) coffee remain warmed to your liking for hours!Overall, we are well pleased with this product and would highly recommend it!

Nice and hot
This is great but it does take a long time to heat before use. It doesnât stay hot quite as long as I had hoped. It is, however, great to keep coffee at same temp while it is charged.

Great Heated Mug!
This is the best heated mug Iâve used. Keeps your drink at the perfect temperature for a long time. The lid really helps as well. Well made product and good materials.

This should be vacuum insulated…
I am still unsure if I will keep this or return it. The stand does keep my coffee warm all day. But my issue is that without the heating function your drink cools down rapidly. The mug is a solid metal construction, but metal is highly conductive so without the heating function your drink is cold within minutes. My basic vacuum insulated much of the same size easily stays hotter significantly longer. This mug would be perfect if they made it into a heated vacuumed insulated. Then the existing battery would probably last 3-4x longer.

My coffee doesnât stay in the cup long enuf to get cold but my husband has only one cup in the morning and lucky to drink it before it gets cold. This is the perfect solution. We bought the larger size so he can make hot chocolate with whipped cream when itâs gets chilly at our 8500â elevation cabin 🙂

Better than my Ember. Rinses out with water and stays clean. The Ember built up coffee stains and could never really get it clean even after using dish soap, and the Ember the interior black coating finally started to come off. Thermacup stays clean and shiny, stays hot longer, and recharges quickly and seems to hold its charge longer. The only thing I had to get used to was turning it on and off. The Ember usually went on when water was added ( but some times it didnât and I had to go to the app to turn it on) I am really enjoying my Thermacup!

Great Fatherâs Day gift
I purchased this coffee cup for my dad who is always drinking coffee, but he always feels like he has to drink it fast because he doesnât like his coffee getting cool. And he also refuses to microwave his coffee to warm it back up. This thing seemed like the perfect gift for him.It took him a few days to figure out which heat setting to use, but heâs in his stride now. The first day, he put cool coffee in it thinking it would heat it back up, and it did, but even on the hottest setting it didnât seem to come to temp. I donât think this product was ever intended to heat coffee from cold to hot. If you pour hot coffee into the cup, then it keeps it at the right temperature. He even had to turn it down at one point.We havenât been able to fully test the battery life, as he usually keeps it on the charging coaster, but honestly if youâre relying on the battery for extended periods of time then youâre not drinking your coffee fast enough 🙂
