Quality build, good head support, and well padded.
This chair was a Christmas gift for my dad to replace his old one, which was definitely on its last leg, and he was thrilled with it. One of the best features is the flip-up armrests, which allow the chair to tuck neatly under a desk, saving spaceâgreat for lower desks where fixed armrests might get in the way. The overall build quality is impressive. The metal base might look small, but itâs surprisingly heavy-duty, providing excellent stability without being overly bulky. Unlike some chairs with wide bases that get caught on everything, this one moves smoothly and doesnât feel like a tripping hazard.At first, I got this thinking my dad would love the deep recline for kicking back and taking a nap, but I was wrongâturns out, he prefers more resistance. Luckily, the tilt tension adjustment was a great surprise, letting him fine-tune it to his liking, so he can lean back or keep it more upright. The fabric looks thinner in photos, but in person, itâs a tight-knit weave that feels durable, and the padding holds its shape really well. Another thing my dad really liked was the higher backrest, which supports the head better than his old chair that only reached the base of his skull. Overall, for the price, this is an excellent executive-style chairâcomfortable, supportive, and well-built, whether for big and tall users or just someone looking for a solid upgrade.

Well Made Sturdy Chair
I spent over 2 months looking at hundreds of chairs online for my teen. Either it didn’t have all the features we needed or wanted or the reviews weren’t consistently good. Finally, a chair with arms that lift up, made of fabric and made to be sturdy!The chair had an issue of one leg that wouldn’t fit onto the base. I contacted the company through amazon and their response time was great! They responded each time within hours, and it was totally hassle free to get the issue fixed with them. Their customer service is responsive and reliable!The chair took 30 minutes to assemble. It was the easiest one I have put together. I did need a 2nd person to hold the back piece on until I could get the 4 screws in part way.The fabric seems like it is a really good quality and should wear well. I like that the base is all metal and not plastic. The cushions are firm enough for support throughout the day, yet soft enough for comfort. It has a tension knob to adjust how easily it reclines, a lever to lock it into the upright position or recline and the seat is height adjustable. I am 5’3 and the lowest position is a tiny bit high but works fine for my son who is 5’11. Also the seat back is tall enough he can lean his head back and there be support, coming up to a few inches below the top of his head.I bought wheels that are the double wheel rubber rollarblade style instead of using the typical plastic wheels that come with these chairs.Overall we are very happy with this chair so far.I will update my review if any issues or concerns arise with use.

Great, sturdy chair for a good price.
Have had this chair for about 6 weeks now and have been really happy with it. Came with easy to setup instructions and am impressed with the quality of the parts. Base is metal and rollers are better than my old Sealy Executive chair that cost more. It is a good looking chair and feels sturdy. Cushioning is comfortable, with light firmness, perfect for long days. Only wish is that it could tilt back. I would definitely buy again.

Cair was simple to build and worked without any problems. Good height for tall and roomy enough for bigger men. Is comfortable and the only complaint, albeit minor, is that the arms could have been a couple of inches longer. I was missing a part, which can happen, and the company replaced it without any issues. I would recommend it. Quality and comfort are not an issue so far.

Exceptional chair with a perfect description!
I’ve been searching for a long time to replace my old mesh chair from Office Max. The ones with the “X-cross” mesh fabric that’s very breathable, but sadly discontinued by everyone years ago. THIS is the absolute closest match and so glad I found it. I like this one even better than the Office Max chair.This was the 3rd chair I ordered the past couple of months, and the 3rd try was indeed the charm! Despite hesitations, I first tried a “gaming chair.” Absolutely awful! Impossible to get comfortable in any position and the adjustments were terrible to work with. 2nd try, was a “mesh” office chair with a reasonably comfortable seat, but the back was terrible and the gas lift, wouldn’t stay up.This is the winner by far of any PC chair I’ve ever sat in. Comfortable for any activity be it gaming, office work, or just hanging out with friends talking/watching media. Making it a fully multi-functional chair!It adjusts very easily whether you need a certain height, locking in a tilt, or allowing it to be the smoothest rocking chair ever. The base is extremely sturdy with wheels that roll well. All materials are top quality with specifically listed “class 4 gas cylinder.” So many companies refuse to even list what class cylinder they’re even using. The ones that do, often use a class 3, while very few provide a class 4. That speaks highly for Ralex-chair and their pride of craftsmanship in their product.Thank you very much for the exceptional product!
