A Great Choice for Playing Records!
This is my first turntable choice! It was very easy to set up. Beautiful sound, and the wood finish is very classy. This can play 33’s, 45’s, and connect to your electronic device via bluetooth. If you ever need any direction on how to balance the counterweight onto the needle, their customer service answers your questions quickly and efficiently!

The best entry level “bang for your buck”
Wow, what an upgrade from a very basic Victrola! I’m sure it’s not the perfect audiophile setup but for someone just starting out in vinyl this is incredible. All of the materials are impressively solid. The counterweight is a bit finicky on install and the instructions for that part were a bit odd (I recommend getting a stylus scale to actually get it dialed in).Included speakers have excellent sound quality. You mean to tell me there are basslines I’ve been missing because I was using a unit with built in speakers? Who would’ve guessed.Appearance is flawless. Product arrived in perfect condition and was easy enough to assemble. I haven’t tested the Bluetooth function yet but I don’t really plan on using that much.

I like it and I like listening to it! ð¶Speakers are not high tech, not super loud but WiFi is a an option so problem solved. Easy to hook to the player. Not hard to put together but watch the video the seller made (I think) that shows the process, thank you for the video! The turntable does not wobble, no weight needed. The bothersome thing for me is the on/off switch is in the back of your player (in the video I show it). The lid prevents dust from gathering on your vinyl if you leave your record on the player (guilty). They have 3 speeds one is for 45 vinyl records which is nice! Lid closes slow not slam and the plastic is good thick quality! Great for a novice player like me or for someone that does not need loud music, just love listening to vinyl in a living room (me!) I think the sound quality is pretty good! Change the power switch and it would be a 5 star review, but thinking back to highschool my sister switch on her record player might have been in the back too ð

Sounds great
It was easy to get up running. We needed to go stacks old albums. I got this model because I like the controls knobs next to arm instead of the cabinet side. Sound was great considering age records.

Best Upgrade EVER!
I recently upgraded to this beautiful record player from a crappy old suitcase player. And let me tell you I could not be more satisfied! 1000% worth this price for quality and equipment. If you are looking to upgrade your listening experience I highly recommend this as you next player.

Spend the exta money to get something better
Not worth it. Iâve had this turntable for about 2 months. From the start, I would occasionally think the platter was moving slower than it should, but not bad enough to mess with. Then, about 2 months in the platter started squeaking when it turned. I lubricated it, and it was never the same afterwards, no matter how much I fiddled with it.The customer service? An Outlook.com email address. No company branded email service. Probably outsourced to a third party. I didnât email them, because I know from prior experience that the only response from these types of âcustomer service agentsâ is scripted responses.There are better products out there. Spend the extra money for a higher quality turntable.

So far so good. This seems like a solidly built piece of equipment. Haven’t been able to use it a lot yet but so far it sounds good, easy to operate, the Bluetooth is great. My only disappointment was learning that wireless doesn’t really mean wireless it just means it has Bluetooth. Otherwise it seems to be just what I was looking for. Looks great with the solid wood look.

Really enjoyed this turntable until the speed slowed down. I followed the instructions to rectify the issue (cleaning, oil etc) so we determined it was likely a belt issue. Problem is, canât find the proper belt size anywhere on the documents or website. Other than that, it was great when it worked. Sounded great.Contacted the company about the belt issue and they sent a replacement belt at no charge. Great customer service. Excellent product.

The player sounds and looks good. The bluetooth also works good. I do have an issue withe the tonearm sensor not alway working but customer service has offered to send new sensor for free, as the warranty has ran out. Thanks SeeyingUpdate Feb 2025- Seeying sent the sensor and now the player is back in action!

Have only had it less than a year, used it and then it stopped working. Was contacted by the supplier after initial review to try and solve issue. New part was shipped and was replaced. Turn table is now working again. Good customer support to try and get the issue resolved and works great!
