The top bolts screw in and open the flaps to secure the top. The bottom bolts just go into the bumper with no backer. I thought there would be something to screw the included bolts into, like previous versions. Nope. Just bolts. I’m not sure what the other 2 mini, pointy screws do, as there were no installation instructions.
