Great bands for the price!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Got these bands because I had rotator cuff surgery. They were muchc cheaper than the official doctor recommended ones. They come in a great selection of resistance and work well. I am only up to the middle one for now.Length:They are plenty long enough to step on and use both arms to provide a good workout. Quality:Even though they were less expensive, they are strong and work great!

I ordered what was advertised as five color-coded bands, but only received two. The material feels cheap and aged, and once you stretch the bands they donât fully retract. Overall, the quality is very poorâI wouldnât recommend this to anyone.
