Woodworking Router Lift: Two patent-pending features raise the Rockler router table insert plate with lift into a class of its own: ultra-fast ”Quick-Gear” height adjustments and ”Snap-Lock” tool-free insert ring changes.
Easy Bit Changes: Raise your router table fast with the Quick-Gear, then down-shift to the precision gear for fine adjustments. Our router table mounting plate has a snap-Lock insert ring for easy bit changes.
No Tools To Search For: Push the button to release the insert ring, then wind the Quick-Gear to raise the bit above the router lift table in just seconds. No tools to search for and no screws to lose.
Use The Adjustment Gear: Once the bit is installed, quickly lower it, and click in the insert ring, and use the fine adjustment gear of our lift pro router to set the final height to within 0.001”.
What’s Included? This Router Lift Kit includes (1) Rockler Pro Lift Router Lift, (1) Aluminum router plate (3/8” thick), (1) Insert ring (1-1/2” I.D.), and (1) Set of hex keys on a key chain.

    Game changer!
This lift makes me want to rout everything! The ease of use, accuracy, just the sheer speed of making adjustments. I know really enjoy routing.

Crappy product from a crappy brand. Don’t buy!
Absolute garbage. We bought this in August of 2023 couldn’t use it for months as parts for the router table from rocker were lost in shipping. Withing 3 months of actually using it the screws that fasten the lift to the aluminum plate, as they do not go all the way through but rather are tapped into the soft metal, had stripped out. Bad design, poor quality.Warranty? Anyone looked for one before buying a piece of equipment that should last for years? Don’t bother looking it’s 90 days. They obviously don’t stand behind their products, don’t give them your money!Back to the story. We wound up using JB-Weld and it held better than the screws did, but today roughly a year after original purchase the JB-weld gave up. Were left with a choice of cleaning it up and gluing it again, or to try and make it work in some other way. Neither of these should be things we have to do with a product we have only had a chance to use for as little time as we have.Really disappointed in the products from this company, we will specifically avoid buying anything they offer.

installing a router into this lift isn’t simple.
The lift works well and does what it’s supposed to. The problem is that no instructions are provided in actually installing the router into the lift, and there’s a lot more to it than just shoving it in there and cranking down the screw. I’ve watched videos about installing the lift but they all skip the final step of installing the router. The thing is- the router has to be installed perfectly plumb into this table, which has to be perfectly level when you do it. The router bit has to be straight up and down. If the router is not plumb then you will always get bad results from using your table. Installing the router is like sighting in a rifle. I had to make a jig to help me level the router in the lift because there is no room to just hold a torpedo level to it. The router lift itself has no mechanism to assist in getting the router in plumb, that’s all up to you.but, once it’s installed, the lift works well and functions as designed.

Not The quality You are paying for
Only two opposing mounting screws make leveling a near impossibility. On anything but cast iron the crews are continually backing out of adjustment. (I have the phenolic table top) The plastic adapter collar for my Bosch 1617 collapsed when I over tightened the mounting screws after the bolts vibrated out when I used more discretion in tightening. Now with the new tightness there is a lot of resistance when raising or lowering the router. The leveling screws for the center top plate also backed out and I vacuumed up two of them buried in wood chips when cleaning up after first serious use. Cannot figure out what is more out of true, the phenolic table top or the router mounting plate. In either case the router plate will wobble left to right when using. A great concept for a router lift poorly constructed, low quality with a lot of marketing hype. Stay away. Certainly not worth the money.
