Only good if used with an equalizer.
I use FxSound on the computer. It is free. It also works with an Android emulator on the computer.PowerAmp Equalizer is the application that I use on an Android device. It take a few steps to set up, and has easy instructions on their website. The application works, but will not detect all applications without the a.d.b. set up process. It is a few steps. But, easy, and once done, the application will allow the sound to go through applications that normally would not allow it.I upgraded the couple dollars to the Premium version.Some applications, like a rain noise one that I use do not work correctly through Bluetooth. So I just use an Android emulator on my computer an it works fine.”out of the box” this speaker is trash. But, so is a $300 Bose speaker. The only difference is, you can’t fix the Bose speaker with an equalizer. Plus, this is much louder.Well worth the money, and if you think a $300 Bose speaker is good, you don’t know how far down the quality has gone over the last 15 years.This speaker is fantastic. But, don’t be embarrassed if you think it is good, “out of the box”. Just connect it to an equalizer. It is not a fancy or complicated process, and does not require a “bunch” of money.You be should be happy with the results.I am happy, and for $50, this is amazing.

Small package big sound
Excellent size, looks good, sounds great and priced right. I was looking for a sound bar for my TV that I could run without connecting my TV via Bluetooth. I am running my TV sound through the optical connector and streaming music via Bluetooth. The speaker can be used as a standalone Bluetooth speaker for your home and can be put almost anywhere due to its compact size. The speaker sounds good all but running wide open where it may start to distort a little bit when listening to stuff with heavy bass. Itâs the perfect amount of extra sound for movie night. It has good bass response and good clarity. I use mine with my TV speakers where I blend in the TV speakers to add a little bit of clarity to spoken word during movies and the sound bar adds to extra thump. Itâs loud enough that if you live in an apartment or in a close neighborhood and run it loud, your neighbors are gonna call the police.

Easy hook up
Easy hook up but no universal remote.. it says will send a replacement remote if needed. Gets pretty loud and you can hook up a sub wooofer as well.

These speaker bar sounds very nice and it is loud enough to watch movies or listen to music. I connected mine via hdmi and this powers on and off easily with a single remote or using the one included. I absolutely recommend it. Give it a try.

I have now had this item for about a year….I’m late writing this review.This Saiyin bluetooth speaker worked well for about 6 months, then quit pairing with any bluetooth audio sources. I have tried the troubleshooting and several phones, but none work.I made the mistake of ignoring previous reviews stating this same concern, but I learned my lesson.I gave 2 stars because it looks great and worked well for 5 to 6 months.I recommend that you choose another speaker unless you don’t mind replacing it semi-annually.I hope this is helpful to someone.

Check the buzzing sound before giving it as a gift.
The unit looks nice, well built, the sound is decent, especially for the price. However, it comes with a buzz static sound, it’s very noticeable at a low volume. I returned it for a replacement, however the replacement had the same issue. I kept it for the look and decent sound, especially at the price. The buzzing sound isn’t so noticeable at a louder volume. ð So it’s just okay.

if you want a bluetooth sound bar and only a bluetooth sound bar, without having to figure out a million functions, this is a very good choice. it looks nice in our bedroom and works with our chromebook. the body is solid. veneer looks like real wood. it’s bass heavy. the “news” setting gives the most balanced sound.
