The monitor Iâve been holding out for
Iâve been looking for a high end gaming monitor for a while now to pair with my PS5 Pro, but none of them could quite check all of the boxes I was looking for. Until now:- Name brand I can trust- OLED- 27â- 4k- 120 hz refresh or more- No annoying smart featuresThis monitor is basically perfect. Itâs also great for work – the text quality is sharp because of the high pixel density and the colors pop.The build quality is generally excellent – heavy and metal – with the exception of the port area which is plastic and kind of cheap feeling.Iâve had a little bit of a hard time trying to figure out how to maximize the settings, but Iâm sure a guide or YouTube video will come out in due time that will help with that.Highly recommend.

Rich colors that I like
It took some time for my eyes to adjust to OLED monitor. After than, I realized OLED is better than any other non-OLED monitors that I have used. The color is much rich. Especially, the flat bottom stand of this monitor makes me to choose it.

Samsung is the best
Many years ago I bought a Samsung LED TV when plasma was popular. Since then, I’ve only bought Samsung TVs and monitors and have never been disappointed. This monitor is no exception. Games, video and even text is so sharp.

Mosaic rainbow artifacts that blur and produce a visible “oil slicks”. No reflections.
The matte coating leaves a rainbow mosaic oil slick type effect that made me think the panel had some kind of heat or glue damage.Apparently it’s supposed to look this way. Less noticeable in a dark room and imperceptible on solid darker colors.If I didn’t browse the web with a “dark mode” java script I probably would have returned it. That said, the anti reflection capabilities are the best I have ever seen. The colors are amazing you feel like it’s a window. So it still gets 3 stars.

Be AWARE, turn on VRR
go to monitor setting and please turn on VRRotherwise SOME games will CRASH.im not pc expert so it took me a month to find out.it was off by default.other than that the monitor is awesome.

Visually gorgeous monitor, but is it worth it
I’m a bit of a display nerd, always been with regards to TVs and monitors. I love a clean, clear image. This is hands down one of the finest images I’ve ever seen. Including over my Sony OLED TV. It’s just uniformly beautiful, well built, all the ports you can want or need out of a monitor. It does about everything right, however – price and lack of what I perceive to be a complete package is just disheartening. For over a grand there’s no speakers, which is perplexing to me. I cannot believe for a second there was not enough room to satisfy the bean counters that they couldn’t include even subpar speakers. A 42in OLED tv can be had for less, you get more screen, apps, and speakers. I cannot be convinced that the tech offsets the price, it’s just not there. Is it a visually stunning monitor, that performs at the highest levels? Yes. Is it necessary for anyone beyond a niche maniac obsessed with specs and image quality at the .01% level? I don’t believe so. You can get so much more for less with an imperceptible difference for almost everyone.

While the monitor seemed great initially, it had a flaw in the anti-glare coating that causes an awful mark viewable at certain angles, in certain lighting.After some research, it seems that flaws in the screen with Samsung monitors is not uncommon.Would not purchase again. The price is too much to be waiting for a refund in the event of a faulty product.
