Great 4K monitor.
The monitor was well packaged and the screen brightness and color rival that of my high dollar hub monitor. I use it as my vertical monitor and would be happy if it was my only one.. The bottom adjustments are in a convenient layout and tell you on the screen what each does. I would highly recommend it for the price. It has been in use for awhile! I am not a gamer, but for 99% of us there is no need to look further.I never receive free products, but am OCD and it drives me crazy looking at all the conflicting Amazon reviews. I hope this makes it easier to decide and act.

Can’t be beat for the price
Value for money is excellent. Plug and play with my MacBook Pro M1. Bought 2 – one to use vertically for documents and one for normal horizontal use. Chose this arrangement over a massive curved screen. Picture quality is great. Build quality is what you would expect for the price point – if not a little better. Would buy again.

Doesnt work
Re: Update review of the PC Monitor. It does work flawlessly, but when I first received the 3 connection wires they sent me did not fit into any slots on the computer. Why they did not send a generic hookup was beyond me. This was even after talking to their tech support for half an hour. Well, anyway, it does work and works well. I recommend it, just be sure the wire connections they send you fit your PC.

Poor customer service
Bought this monitor for my photography. I received it a day late. Then when I went to open the box, the only thing in there was monitor. No cords or any kind, no stand, no manual. Just the screen. Contacted Samsung Customer Service, was on the phone for an hour, talking a manager. Not very nice people. Tech issues on their end that results in a huge argument and an option I did not want. Took 3 days for them to contact me. Wanted to go through warranty even though I never had the parts. Just the worst experience I have ever had with a customer support center. And with it being Samsung, a well known brand, the experience was less than pleasing. Will never order from them again. If you do have a Samsung, hope you donât have any issues or you will be going through circles and hoops to get some answers. Idk if the monitor was good or not as I never got what I needed to use the product.

Perfect Monitor for M4 Mac Mini + Work Setup
Iâve been using the Samsung ViewFinity S8 with my M4 Mac Mini and it scales perfectly. No weird resolution issuesâeverything looks super crisp right out of the box. The colors are vibrant and accurate, and the IPS panel really delivers a consistent image from all viewing angles, whether Iâm editing content or just watching a movie.Setup was a breeze. The stand snaps right into place, and thereâs only one screw needed at the base. Took me less than 5 minutes to get it on my desk and powered up.The USB-C connectivity is a huge win. It makes switching between my personal Mac Mini and my work laptop seamless, and it even charges my laptop while itâs plugged inâno extra cables needed.To top it off, I grabbed this during a Prime Day deal, and at that price, it was impossible to pass up. Easily one of the best tech purchases Iâve made this year.

This Samsung monitor is fantastic with clear high definition. I’m not a video expert, but this monitor is more than adequate for the type of work I do (spreadsheets, editing photographs, web surfing).

Good Product, Horrendous Customer Support
I was excited about this monitor. The image was crisp, it charged my Mac, the stand was plenty adjustable and overall it did what I was looking for. However, the rubber strip for cable management was broken.I thought “no biggie, I’ll contact customer support and replace it myself”. It looked like a $1 part at most, so I reached outâand my experience went downhill, fast.I tried messaging them, but they were “experiencing large volumes of requests”. So after waiting a while I called them. I got transferred TWICE despite calling the monitor department using the number provided on their website. Then I was on the phone for over an hourâmost of the time on holdâtrying to get my issue resolved. Eventually they said they’d mail me the part for free. Fast forward a week, and they send me an email saying they won’t cover the part.I’m sorry? This is a cheap part. I contacted them the day after I received the monitor. They told me they’d replace it. But they turned back on their word. Needless to say, I’m returning this. If this is how they react to a $1 part, I don’t even want to think about their support, or lack thereof, on a major/expensive component.
