The phone arrived in perfect conditions (no scratches at all) and works as advertised. Battery life is great, a huge improvement from my previous Samsung and is very fast. Unbeatable value for money given the high quality!

Perfect for what I needed it for, it’s in perfect condition, easy to set up and transfer from old phone to new phone and shipped in original packaging. I’m an android user so the features are pretty easy to adapt to. So far no issues with the battery life and the glass is still perfect after months of use.

So Far So Good
So far so good. I’ve had this phone for only a few weeks now. This phone seems to be working as expected. Like with all the new phones I ever had, learning how to use it and all it’s new features can be a challenge. My last phone was 8 years old. That being said, It seems each day I’m learning something new in navigation or features. For this reason I am giving this a 4 star rating. I hope to update this to a 5 star rating in about another month or two.

I received the phone dented and scratches on the edges. I had a problem connecting to the network. And had a problem getting the address to send the phone back. I have not received a refund yet.

Great phone, bad refurb…
I bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, and while the phone functions well overall, the physical condition left me feeling disappointed. The back glass is cracked, and there are deep scratches on the device. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality in terms of its appearance.Itâs frustrating because, aside from the cosmetic issues, the phone seems to work fine. However, itâs hard to fully appreciate the performance when the condition feels far below expectations. If youâre paying a premium, even for a refurbished item, you should get something that looks and feels closer to new.
