It’s very cool! I get a lot of people asking me about it. It feels weighted/sturdy without being heavy so it’s not as easy to drop, has impressive camera quality and of course the flip function. It is a soft close so you can’t snap it shut with the flick of your wrist, so I’m not worried about hinge damage. The screen is comfortable to hold despite its 6.8″ size. The cover screen is easy to navigate (short tutorial provided) and gives you plenty of space to see your notifications.I’ve noticed bugs like with YouTube Music once I got this phone, it started skipping forward in the song, which my S20 did not do however this is probably fixable? The phone is super new so updates may take care of this hopefully.Also note the lavender option is pink with maybe purple undertones so you will be disappointed if you expect purple. I like pink so I’m fine with it.if you want the same specs as their Ultra versions, you may be disappointed. I personally love the camera (and have gotten compliments on it) and I can wait until the end of the day before I charge this, but I’ve heard people point out that Samsung’s other phones are more advanced like with a bigger battery, higher camera MP, etc but I don’t think the average consumer needs super high numbers in those areas. I don’t regret my choice at all and I actually think this phone is still a better investment than other models. It’s hard to beat a touch-screen flip phone and everything looks great to the eye. I am overall pleased and I recommend. Will update if anything changes.

Defective by design
I’m writing this review in the hopes that you won’t make the same mistake I did. I purchased two of these phones during Prime Day before my kids. I had my reservations but their mother pressured me into it. When they came, the kids were happy and everything seemed fine right up until last week. Being kept in a case with a screen protector on, never dropped, exposed to extreme heat or submerged in water, The lower half of my son’s flex screen started to glitch turning completely black or completely white. Have to contacting Samsung, they recommended that I take the phone to a local repair shop, the closest one being about 20 minutes away. In doing so yesterday I learned that Samsung is not honoring the warranties on these devices with these repair shops. All the other repair shops within a 50 mi radius said the same thing, that they were not taking Samsung warranty repairs and the ones that did refuse to work on this particular model because Samsung knows that they are defective and will decline to pay for the repair. This is highly disappointing from one of the world’s leading electronics companies and one with such market share and brand recognition. After contacting Samsung again to let them know that the stores were unwilling to make the repairs based on their own subversive warranty practices, I was informed that the only other option was to ship the phone back to Samsung, leaving my Son without a phone for whatever period of time it takes for them time it takes for them to either repair it or ship out a replacement. Obviously going a week without the device he relies on to communicate with friends and family as well as his school is the least ideal option for an over $1,000 product that suffers from a known severe design flaw. As a multi-decades long Samsung loyalist, I’m greatly disappointed at the lack of quality control and and they’re poor application of customer service, particularly when dealing with a known issue which should honestly prompt a recall.
