SilverStone XE360-TR5 is a triple 120mm AIO liquid cooler designed for high-end workstations with AMD’s Zen 4-based Ryzen Threadripper 7000 series processors for Socket sTR5/SP6. XE360-TR5 utilizes nickel plated copper water block with a large-sized micro-channel copper base plate to ensure long term reliability and the distribution of liquid flow meets the large area heat dissipation requirements of Ryzen Threadripper 7000 CPUs. The pump placement for AIOs are usually designed into the water block, but for XE360-TR5, SilverStone integrated it onto the radiator instead of the water block, this allows the liquid flow to pass through the pump first, so heat generated during operation can be quickly carried out; reducing the overall temperature and extending the pump’s overall lifespan. The cooling fans included are 3 x 120mm PWM radiator-optimized fans, capable of reaching rotational speed up to 2,800 RPM with a max airflow of 87.72 CFM.
