Solid build, easy to assemble, nice looking scooter
Got this today. Assembled it with ease. Had to use a different Allen tool as the one that comes with it is soft metal and strips.The motor on the listing says 600w but it doesnât feel like it. I weigh 180lb and itâs a little sluggish, max speed on flat ground is about 16mph. When reading the directions it says 350w motor. Also the label on the bottom says Max Speed 15mph is about what I get. Not sure if they lie on the listing or not. It seems high quality and pretty solid. The Sisigad app wonât connect to it but when I use Orbital Sports app it connected. Doesnât seem to track stuff very well though. Not sure if the app has to be open on your phone or it saves the data and downloads whenever you connect. I made sure the front tire was at 45-50psi. The brake light is a nice safety feature. I might return it and get something different.

Fast delivery, poor manufacturing.
All in all Iâm happy with the product. Disappointed that the lat screw that holds the handle bars doesnât fit correctly. It rides alright, just disappointed that it doesnât fit, but donât want to go through the return hassle. Top speed is a little less than Iâd like, with potential better incline climb torque. Saw about a top speed of 14-15. Definite slow down on incline, had to self propel multiple times. Battery life seemed like it drained faster than Iâd imagined. Said I went 5 miles, but I would think it was only about 2.5-3. Was really looking forward to this new toy, but now Iâm already left with a broken handlebar mount and a stripped screw.

The adult scooter has completely changed my way of traveling short distances! As a daily commuter, I need a electric scooter that is light, durable and stable, and it fully meets all my needs and even exceeds my expectations. Summary of advantages: Powerful power and endurance: The battery life is excellent, and the official range can even be exceeded in actual use. I commute about 8 kilometers a day, and it can easily last for 4 days on a single charge, and climbing hills is no problem. Portable folding design: The one-button folding function is so practical! After folding, it can be easily put into the trunk of a car or the corner of the office. The weight is just right for adults, and girls can also lift it with one hand.

Pretty happy, but could use an improvement or two.
So far this seems to be a great scooter for getting around town and getting back and forth to work on warmer days. Two downsides I have found are that the handlebars do not stay center aligned properly and frequently need to be adjusted. The other issue is why are you whining Otis off? Did I say that that there are no assembly directions with words and no directions for operation and use. Unfortunately I had to reach out via email for questions that were time sensitive and then had to wait for responses. This is a huge pet peeve of mine as it results in sub par customer service. Asking a simple question like how to turn in the headlight should not require a two day wait period for a response. That being said it is a comfortable and reliable product. My son ran out of battery charge and had to walk it home about a mile and a half, but that was his fault. I highly recommend not allowing it to run out of charge, it’s super heavy and a slow go which is to be expected from a motorized vehicle.
